I'll start:
This was six years before UGK's and Outkast's "International Player's Anthem" (also produced by the same people - Three 6 Mafia). This sampled Willie Hutch's "I Choose You" from "The Mack" soundtrack. Willie even made the introduction. RIP Willie.
"Juicy" from the Notorious B.I.G. (samples Mtume's 1983 hit "Juicy Fruit")
"I Ain't Mad at Cha" from 2Pac (actually an interpolation of the piano riff of DeBarge's "A Dream")
"Don't Leave Me" from Blackstreet (samples "A Dream", one of the singers vocally interpolates Aaron Hall's vocal in "Don't Go")
"Ain't Nothin' But a G Thang" from Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg (parts of the song sample Leon Haywood's "I Wanna Do Something Freaky 2 You" and Kid Dynamite's "Uphill Peace of Mind" - drums)
----
Well you get the point, lol.
