(bacon, eggs, fried or grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, fried bread or toast, and sausages. Black pudding is added in some regions as well as fried leftover mashed potatoes(called Potato Cakes)

Oh, God, it all sounds good minus the mushrooms, so I'd say yum...


Chitterlings (or chitlins? I'm not sure, but it's pig intestines...) Guess no one will say yum now...lol But people do eat it...
