On that note, this is an Administration Announcement: Members need to give out THANKS and Positive Reps. to each other more often. It's free, guys. Just like a smile, it costs you nothing and makes someone else feel happy, visible and validated. I'm not saying we need to hand them out like candy, but we could definitely do MORE than we have been doing, in this area. Let's boost those user points and levels, shall we....start making the notifications POP!
