I think it's definitely his smile - but his eyes, hair and voice come up pretty close. Oh can't I just just choose the whole package?? :lol: :p
 
His ahem 'talent' hehe...by that I mean his talent!! The singing...the dancing...the whole package...that's what's sexy!!
 
I Couldnt just pick the one part i love him dearly and more every day and when you love some one so much you learn to love them for every part of them.
 
His hands, his finger (ooooo the way he waves his pointer finger on the dangerous tour singing his Human nature mmmmmmmm..... so seductive!), his hair (long wavy, or short history era), his chest/shoulders, his beautiful and captivating smile, his thick sexy neck, his style/clothes (so unique), his mouth (when screaming or just pouting), his personality (so shy and cute), his heart, his compassion, his humor, his child-like nature, his astronomical talent, his intelligence.

God I could go on and on but lets sum it up like this: he is sexy inside and out!

Lol, that's for sure a very entertaining subject :D, I don't know if it'll sound very serious if I answer it, knowing the reason why I post here! Oh heck, I'll answer...
I love his smile... He has the most genuine, childlike, innocent smile, yet he can make sexy faces which are so very masculine. His smile reflects his complexity as a human being. I think I would have blushed terribly if he had smiled to me lol.
Now for the body part... thighs ladies!!!!! I love watching his legs when he dances, they're like those of a ballet dancer, thin but muscular. And his butt, I admit. He had a round, adorable behind, which was worth focusing on when he was dancing on WBSS or ITC lol. Well, maybe it's just everything, his whole persona, his attitude, his moves. It plays a role. A French semiologist tried to define his charisma and where it came from, it just comes from all this, this persona he created with such care and which is made of the magic of cinematographic icons and the innocence of their childlike perception by him. It's an amalgamation of all that. It's just Michael.

i have always found the who MJ was as a person to be the sexiest. his giggle... his sense of humor....
his faith.... i can't think of anything that I find unattractive... i find ABSOLUTELY every SEXY. Its the walk, its the smile, its the values, his love of life, animals, children, ............................

love him so much... and sexy is an UNDERSTATEMENT.
