Also charting well in other major markets such as USA and Canada. If this hits number one, it will be the first posthumous sing release since 2007 to hit number one. I'm not 100% sure, but it would be Michael's first number one since BotD.
Additionally, Drake is having the Ed Sheeran effect where he is taking up the entire iTunes chart. I have looked at the streaming statistics and have compared. This could be on track to being the most streamed song of the year. However, there is a lack of radio airplay in the UK and a lack of a music video.

There have only ever been 31 singles that have debuted at number one in the USA. Drake has had the last two with God's Plan and Nice for What. Justin Bieber's Sorry and Love Yourself, which were huge hits in 2015-16, didn't debut at number one. This likely, will be the most streamed posthumous release ever.
Even better, Michael was the 9th most streamed artist on Spotify yesterday.
