Steam inhalation is good for blocked noses, colds, chesty coughs. It's a bit of a faff getting it all set up, though. Or am I just lazy? :ROFLMAO:
Yeah, it's annoying, but reallly helps. We call it "inhalieren" = inhale
"Infusion" in Grmany is a drip(?) they put in your vein to receive a fluid at the hospital. Very different meaning 🤭

I was being a bit lazy there. An infusion isn't really like tea bc it would usually be much stronger. It would infuse for quite a long time. Maybe 10 - 15 minutes? And you would make a very small quantity and sip it slowly. So it's kind of like tea but not really. It's a dose of medicine.
