I like this
No, that was @filmandmusic and @Fuzball

f&m said something about an octopus. That prompted Fuz to say that Prince had jumped into his head. Then my brain jumped away from crystals and started having mad ideas. Although I lost interest fairly quickly, tbh. :ROFLMAO:

Oh hi
what ...what do you mean babe... but the bast has not got a crystal in there .. right?
I just found this in, like, 2 seconds. Haven't read it but the title will tell you most of what you need to know.

I might have known . these two are problems haha so many situations at the moment lol

:cautious: Does he want to be strangled by one hahaha

Bloody bloke honestly trust that rat .... I don't even get the concept of why ...oh wait i do cause @Fuzball is a hardcore P. fan but just does not say this to us. just keeps 24 .7 thinking about it fs Stop it fuz

Then I collapse . Bugger, i know it is halloween in a few days but dear god talk about torment :ROFLMAO:

Crystals are in all of our hi tech gadgets and lots of other things.
Oh , my gosh yeah yeah I was going to edit my reply to say ...oh do you mean inside that sat nav/ car device[ looks like Ziggy from Quantum Leap to me which Al used to use]
i can't find a picture of ziggy the time device
Crystals run everything, basically.
That is a true statement if ever i saw one. That's why i am serious about them and treat them as babies and that talk we girls had the other day. When we all got our crystals out , They are too powerful in a way that i love.

"The marriage between crystals and technology was discovered in 1880 when an experiment was conducted with tin foil, magnets, and a jeweler’s saw. Mineral synthesis and synthetic crystals were grown in a laboratory, with the latter proving to be more abrasive than their natural counterpart. This primitive study paved the way for countless inventions over the next century.

The scientists concluded that crystal properties can be harnessed through the piezoelectric effect — an ability of certain crystals to produce voltage when put under mechanical distress. This demonstration enables the crystals to receive, process, and transfer energy."

@wendijane

This is from that article I just posted. This piezoelectric thing, you can buy crystals that you strike against each other and you can see the little sparks. I've got some knocking around somewhere but haven't seen them for years. I got them from the Science Museum. Kids like them. Can't remember which type of crystal it is. Quartz, I think.

Botheration!

hang on ...

Don't know if it's this. Mine didn't do green sparks. Bluey-white, iirc. Anyway, it's a particular type of quartz. Maybe they are just called glow stones.

I'm just rambling at this stage. :ROFLMAO:

In smart water .. i won't drink that stuff.
I knew LCD screens . Didn't know ocean vessels, but did have an inkling they could be used there. Microphone really? Did not know. Oven/ stove too.

This is the part i liked, they worded it well

i got some too, Quartz

Ah see ! yeah i'd say so babe .. ooh i adore Quartz because She is the master healer. can do so much , she sort of amps up the rest of them, she gives them more power and is a highly ...vibration stone so it can take us places , i don't know if you get that, not going to assume [ i'm a bit woo so kind of haha believe in in what Quartz can actually do ]
Botheration!
That's the basts blame it on the basts babe
hang on ...

TY will read
Don't know if it's this. Mine didn't do green sparks.
Fabulous to me
Bluey-white, iirc
Mine were greeny blue and it was fabulous it wasn't a show it was just there and it went ~ like magic

Glow stones- that in itself takes me away . um if you rub two quartz just ' normal' ones in a dark room you can see them glow.

m and ax always had crystals on them lol first thing i did when them allegation hit in aug/sep 93 , got me crystals out alone with my tears lol [ big part of childhood for me ] quite new age i guess , early 90s was though 🤷‍♀️

So taking this from one of the links Zin @zinniabooklover posted - The lovely glow stone link
" This can happen with other crystalline materials we are familiar with like sugar, some types of bone, and some ceramics. A similar light effect can be seen if you [try] crush a sugarlump in the dark. "
Right so when they call BYC sugar sweet etc they should know we will glow , we are luminous muthas. tough as crystal rocks. i love that twist :ROFLMAO:
