I'm definitely the wrong person to ask, lol. I don't get an energy buzz from sugar and I don't get it from caffeine, either. Coffee, back when I used to drink it, was always quite soothing for me. Same with hot chocolate even though there is a small amount of caffeine in it. People used to drink hot chocolate as a 'before bed' drink but that probably had more to do with the milk. Hot milk before bed helps with sleep. And the caffeine content in hot chocolate is really small compared to coffee.Very unexpected! It's about time for hot drinks, just not coffee I guess. Or maybe it's a good time for coffee...It all depends on the plans for the night, I guess))))))
What's everybody's plans for the night?
Cocoa or coffee?
And I wonder how hot chocolate affects sleep?
