As Fuzzball would’ve put it:

To be perfectly frank, I don't really like FNM at all, only the music and even then only the first 3 albums. After that I lost interest. But the band, as a band, never did it for me even though those albums were golden and I went to a bunch of gigs.
@wendijane

Re-posting my statement from last night which I stand by and which is 100% true.

Have just re-read an FNM Spin interview from Dec 1990 and have been reminded why I love and understand this band SO much and this is also 100% true. It's a love / hate thing.

Or is it? Is it really love / hate?

Or is it more, love / oh-god-I-don't-understand-you-guys-and-I-don't-want-to-understand-you-guys-but-I-totally-do-understand-you-from-now-until-the-end-of-time? :ROFLMAO:

"But I really do nothing
Except kickin' and fussin'

I like to make a mess
I laugh at your distress
I sit all day in my crib
Absorbing all you give"

(Zombie Eaters - lyrics by Mike Patton)

Your basic description of a rock star. In a nutshell. And he wasn't even a rock star, yet, when he wrote those lyrics.
