The interview with John Branca at the time that he was coming with the Will (I think that interview was given to AP), the behavior of Randy and report from TMZ - ALL MAKES SENSE!!!

"It was very difficult," Branca recalled. "There were a lot of family members there, his sisters and most of the brothers and his mother, Katherine."

He told them three things. Katherine would be guardian of Michael’s three children and receive 40 percent of the estate in trust. The children would also receive 40 percent. The remaining 20 percent would go to unspecified charities to benefit children.

"They applauded three times when they were told who got the property," Branca said. "They were thrilled"

janet is able to take care of all her 30 nieces and nephews and 6 grand nieces/nephews as she's a multimillionaire with no one to take care off but dogs she can leave all her money to them.

Oh Lord, I can just picture how that meeting went.

All of the family sitting around a big table, WAITING for Branca to call out their name and tell them what they would be receiving from Michael's estate, and the only names being called out where Prince, Paris, Blanket and Ms. Katherine.

They applauded because they probably thought Katherine Jackson inherits 40% and can leave it to the rest of the family when she dies. I think at that time they didn't know her share goes back to the kids.

yeah cause the kids and katherine arent family are they. oxman rant proves what this is all about. some in the family are pissed that they have no control and are getting no money from the estate. this is exactly why mj did what he did, he knew his family like the back of his hand. they proved you right mike. its all about the $$$$$$$$$$

"It's not being done the way WE would really want it to be done."

And lastly, he talks about the ESTATE going forward with the auction which will be held in Vegas in June and how everybody is so upset, but he fails to mention that REBBIE JACKSON is also selling two items at that auction (and to my knowledge, the estate has nothing to do with that particular auction.)

Remember that movie "Dumb & Dumber," well in my opinion, Oxman could have played both parts, they didn't need two actors, all they needed was one Oxman. LOL!

:yes: You got it. I remember reading on another forum about Jermaine's Larry King interview at Neverland right after Michael passed. They were talking about how Jermaine said 'if Mother's rich, we're all rich.'

Yes ... but ... how to make sure that Janet does not know or supports Oxman talking behalf of her?

I do not think what she has said in interviews goes against the statements of Oxman since the day Michael died.

She may very well agree with Oxman's rantings about Michael and "drugs," but he was not speaking about that, he specifically mentioned the estate. We know her feelings about "drugs," but I don't believe she has ever said anything about Michael's estate in public.

So the question now becomes, did he just add Janet's name for EFFECT, or does she really feel someway because she is not included in Michael's estate, (especially since she has bags of her own money).

When it comes to Brian Oxman, ya just never know. LOL!

I've always heard that Janet always was and still is very close to Randy, maybe this explains some things ...
