The jackson siblings and parents have been invited many times over to events like this they are use to being invited, So i understand where they are coming from but they do not have to sweet the grammy they are respected among many other organizations world wide. my opinion there is somthing about the grammy award and the jackson siblings they did not want to promote janet last year when she performed for the grammy I will keep silent about my take on this.

blueocean, you really have to stop writing untruths. You lose all credibility by making things up. If you do not have enough FACTS (you have referred to facts before in this thread) to support an argument, don't just them make it up. It is annoying and most people here are long time fans, and we know the Jacksons' history.

That being said, I can't recall the last time I saw a Jackson (aside from Michael & Janet) on an award show..Can you refresh my memory?

This is your second "untruths" in this thread.

I'm just glad those children have cousins like 3T. I wish more of their relatives would be like them and Jackie. I agree with you Soundmind and especially with your last paragraph.

Ditto. I know I keep going back to this tweet over and over again, but for me, the fact that he sent out this negative vibe just before the kids came, says a lot. It must kill Randy today, to see these beautiful kids all over the news. Many are impressed with their poised and how much they love their FATHER.

MJ made an 'investment' when he took care of those three boys , they are grateful now for what their loving uncle did to them and they are returning the favor . In the future MJs kids will also be grateful like their father was and will return the favor to their cousins . THAT'S CALLED FAMILY AND THAT'S WHAT FAMILY IS ABOUT , at least that's what we expect when we hear the word family .

well said. I am really happy 3T are in their lives.

Have you ever though about them not wanting to sit in the audience? Seriously you make no sense nor do Randy or Jermaine.

Twinklee, you know I am not a Jermaine fan...but he never tweeted what blueocean claimed he did.

You can check his twitter.

It was another untruth she concocted to support Randy's claim.

This is your second "untruths" in this thread./ I have not made anything up, what are you referring to? i am speaking what have been mentioned its not made up no need to lie, what i have been saying, that randy said that the siblings and parents were not invited and i back randy on what he said and jermaine by saying its not about being on tv, i just spelled that out jermaine hes referrig to the grammy where is the lie? to me he saying the same thing about the grammy what do you think he is saying?

Jermaine ONLY tweets from @alljack5ons. I went back & read the last 3 days entries before I replied, and nowhere did he tweet the family was not invited. He did mentioned celebrating with his family.

If you want to discuss something, it's best to stick to the truth.

I reiterate, Randy & Joe are the only ones, so far, claiming the family was not invited to attend the grammes. Joe also claimed he & Katherine are the ones who initiated the kids' participation. So I am assuming the Grammys did not invite any Jackson originally: not MJ3, not the siblings and not the parents.

They were probably expecting Beyonce to pick up the trophy for MJ, therefore no need to invite his family. BTW so far, the Grammy producers have DENIED this claim.
I believe randy that the parents and siblings were not invited they were not in the audience, and I was referring to the same site i may have wrote alljackson but i looked again and it say alljack5on easy mistake still the same site , and by jermaine saying the part that the family will celebrate and its not about being on tv, what do you think jermaine ment by that? to me he was referring to the grammy ,samething randy was saying about the siblings not being invited that is what i believe jermaine was referring to,

let me make my point jermaine said the the family will celebrate and its not about being on tv , what tv was he referring to it had to be the grammy, so it sound liket jermaine was speaking about the grammy he did not go to the point and say they were not invited thats what i got from is comment

I wish people who don't like the Jackson brothers would stop posting in the 2300 section of the board. Let them have their own section to complain and let us Jackson 5/Jacksons fans have our own spot.

I disagree. Forum is a place for discussion and from what I can gather all respectful opinions are welcome.

If you find any of the posts insulting or offensive, hit the report button.
Just because someone has a different opinion than yours doesn't mean s/he can't voice it on here.

I've read the rules and there's nothing there about having to be a fan of the whole Jackson Family to enter this section.

FAMILY SNUBBED FOR TRIBUTE TO MICHAEL

http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/2010/02/02/*****-fury-115875-22012322/
After the tears and tributes come the tantrums - with an astonishing Grammys bust-up over Michael Jackson.

The late King of Pop was honoured in a star-studded celebration at Sunday's music awards in LA - but the Jackson brothers claim the glitzy event left the family out in the cold.

An angry note fired off by Randy on Twitter said: "So proud, my brother being honoured tonight with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

"My family would love to be there but, truth is, we weren't invited.

"Do you want more truth? Let me be clear. When I said 'My family' I meant my brothers, sisters and parents." Ouch!

Michael's eldest children - Paris, 11, and Prince Michael, 12 - were there to pay tribute to their late dad.

And soul legend Smokey Robinson, Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood and Usher all performed Earth Song.

The stirring celebration brought an army of Alisters, including Beyonce, Rihanna, Lady GaGa and Justin Bieber, to their feet at the Staples Center. Yet many of those people closest to Michael - sisters Janet and La Toya, brothers Marlon, Tito, Jackie, Randy, Jermaine, mum Katherine and dad Joe - had to watch it all from their own living rooms.

Our source says: "Randy was incandescent. He believed the Grammys only thought of including Michael's children at the 11th hour as dad Joe Jackson complained there was no family representation.

"The brothers were hoping to attend and wear their silver gloves and matching suits to honour their brother.

"They feel insulted and hurt that they have been snubbed in this way. Michael would've wanted them there.

"The Jackson 5 was where the magic began. They're a huge part of his story and felt they had been horribly overlooked."

It was quite some tribute the ANGRY Randy family missed. Hankies were out as *****'s pal Lionel Richie introduced Paris and Prince Michael to the auditorium.

The siblings, wearing black suits with red armbands, accepted *****'s Lifetime Achievement Award. Prince said: "We are proud to be here to accept this award on behalf of our father, Michael Jackson.

"First of all we'd like to thank God for watching over us for the past seven months, and our grandma and grandpa for their love and support.

"We would also like to thank the fans. Our father loved you so much because you were always there for him.

"Our father was always concerned about the planet and humanity. Through his hard work and dedication he has helped many charities and donated to all of them.
"Through all of his songs his message was simple: love.

"We will continue to spread his message. Thank you. We love you daddy."
Paris added: "Daddy was supposed to be here. Daddy was going to perform this year... Thank you, we love you daddy."

Stirring words, but the family are still fuming over the snub. To rub it in, the Grammys was held at the same venue where *****'s memorial service took place last July.

"The brothers were hoping to attend and wear their silver gloves and matching suits to honour their brother
That would have been beyond ridiculous. Them sitting in the audience in their burial/memorial wardrobe.
I wish people who are only interested in the family would create a strictly family board for themselves and stop trolling on MJ boards.

Regardless of what you may think blueocean yesterday's tribute had nothing to do with Michael's extended family members, but with his immediate family which are his children if you like it or not, if the relatives wanted to go they could have paid for their ticket.

MJ IMMEDIATE FAMILY is his brothers and sisters too. I swear...Sometimes I am ashamed to call myself a MJ fan.

Paris and Prince are no more important in the Jackson family than any other family member..Just saying....

People can, and should have different opinions and views, but you should seriously stop and take a look what you are saying here. This subject has gone beyond respect and to be honest I'd be ashamed if any of the Jacksons would come here and read this. Some of you are being so disrespectful it's better to close this thread now before it gets any worse.
