One of the most important lessons I learned from my uncle Michael... "True" Charity
43 minutes ago

"True" charity is when you do something for someone or give money or time to something and nobody else knows you did it.

He taught us(my brothers & I) at a young age that it's not "True" charity if you announce it to everyone saying "hey look what I did".

That was one of the 1st things our uncle reminded us about when we started having success with 3T. Be charitable and give back.

Use your success and fame for good. Visit children hospitals. Give yourself to the less fortunate. Make your music count for something.

My uncle was truly amazing. Not only did he do all of these things and more. We learned best by his example.

There will NEVER be a purer soul than my uncle Michael. People put him through hell here on earth, but now he is finally free in heaven.

I miss him so much.

So sweet...

Aw

It's always so hard, especially when are close to someone who dies young and suddenly. I really feel for him. You really start to think about what you learned from those you love when they pass. I'm really glad he learned this very important lesson from his uncle.

This is heartbreaking...May God continue blessing Taj & his siblings. And may He protect MJ's 3 little angels.

Awww  So sweet, so sad and mostly so true!

I feel sooo sorry for all family members

... and I miss him so much too

I saw that on my home page this morning on Twitter. Taj, every day we are inspired by Michael. Spread the L.OV.E!

very sweet of Taj , indeed mj had enough pain on this earth and hopefully he is in a much better place now.

Thanks for posting that was so nice

God bless the family in their huge pain...

and that's y those kids will be ok. they are surrounded by those who were taught by the master

Hopefully, he and his brothers, Janet & rebbie have enough pull to offset those that seemingly don't care for the kids' well being (and we all know who I am referrring to).

:( You know how we feel about the hell MJ went through on earth.. well it must be tremendously hard for his family, they were close to him and know more examples of his sweet kind nature. To hear the things the press say must torture them so much. They probably don't read it all, but they'll know whats going on.

Really, I have to say this angle is the one that pains more than anything else about Michael. My own just fades away when I contemplate this torture they experienced for what, FIFTEEN YEARS!

I find it nearly unbearable to even think about so much pain among his family. Most people can compartmentalize it away, not have to be confronted with it often. These people can NEVER escape, have been incessantly bombarded, can't so much as turn on the TV, the radio, the Internet, go see a comedy show, pick up a magazine, pass the racks at the grocery store, or simply be hanging around people who don't know who they are.

SO outrageous. I got the distinct impression that the pivotal moment in their change of tone toward MJ was hearing Paris speak at the memorial. Before then they were able to turn off their own humanity, and dismiss the effect on real human beings of unfounded allegations and astoundingly cruel jokes.

When I stop to think about it, I think this may be the most driving force underlying my urging that we contribute to the redemption of MJ's image in the public arena.
