I don't think what you did really fits the definition of stalking. Stalking is the repeated following and harassing with the intent to cause fear or injury whether it be psychological, emotional, physical or otherwise. If your intent is for information only and you aren't out to threaten, scare or hurt someone then it's not actually stalking.

That's exactly why I haven't posted his profile here, though many know who he is, I was afraid that some people would harass him, and that wasn't the idea.

No, of course in no way I wanted to do that, stalk wasn't the proper word, sorry, but I felt a bit ashamed that I was poking around his profiles, but not anymore :dont_mention_it:

I think it's pretty normal for people to use the word stalking to describe searching people's profiles, even people who are friends say they were "stalking" their friend's pages lol.
 
Well, these are public accounts so I do not feel wrong about looking at them. It's not like we are hacking someone's account.
 
It's so weird these people are not avoiding the MJ stuff all together. They're activley showing they don't have a problem with Michael\supporting him or his projects and you can find their MJ connections so easily online. I mean, take some of my family members, they like Michael but they don't join MJ pages on facebook, add people like Tatiana or post MJ pictures on their facebook profiles. I think that's kind of "hardcore" thing to do. The most my friends and family would do is post a video from his vevo channel.
 
^ Yep. And the story with Lily Chandler (Jordan's younger sister whom you could see with MJ as well when MJ hang out with the Chandlers) is that she went to YT and liked a video showing the Chandlers with MJ in Monaco 1993. Considering the fact that the Chandlers claim is that MJ started to molest Jordan then and there it's a bit odd to like that video - shouldn't it be a bad memory for the Chandler family? She also liked MJ inspired clothes on a fashion website. Some fans realized it and started to harrass her and she went private.

^ Yes, that's an odd story on its own. The thing is, we don't even analyze them like "What a victim\the victim's family would do?" we see them as a family that lied, sticking to their lie is ideal for them, but they can't even do that. They're acting like some hardcore MJ fans would act. You know - except that big fact they don't come forward with the truth.

I guess the life of luxury it too comfortable to disturb that with a couple of weeks of inconvenience (that's how long at max. the media and people would talk about it).
 
I suppose having to live a lie becomes harder and harder as time goes on. Truths gonna slip out some way.

It's just temporarily down, hopefully soon we will get it back working again.
 
He is living super comfy right now, he won't ruin that... maybe he even changed his name.
To me, if he speaks someday, it would be just if he find some convenience on that, but we know that when it comes to clean Michael's name and legacy the media is absent.
 
One of the things I have often said it was when it comes to social media people act like it is an alternative universe. What they do in reality and what they do on social media according to them are two different things. Lately how many police officers have we seen that have to resign from their positions because of things they said on social media? How many teachers have gotten reprimanded for talking about their students on social media? People act like no one can see what they do on social media kind of like living a double life you can act one way online and actanother way in reality eventually those two worlds clash and you get into big trouble.
 
A lot of people act like what they say online has no consequence but it does. Nobody seems to want to answer for anything they say but then reality hits. No matter who you are, the things you say have consequences and can come back to bite you. Anything you say can and will be used against you.

I don't think he changed his name. He is referred to by his friends as Jordan or JC, so I'm pretty sure he is still Jordan Chandler. Actually all the family are Chandlers which I always found a bit odd. I mean why is Lily Chandler a Chandler? Her father was not Evan but Dave Schwartz. It's odd. June also still uses the Chandler name. Emmanuelle and Nick too, even though they were raised by another guy and they were not on good terms with Evan. Heck, Evan's second wife, Nathalie too still uses the Chandler name, even though she married this other guy (although they are not married any more either). Just odd. But it also means that not only they do not have to go into hiding and change their names because of "crazy fans", but they actually keep using that name even when they actually are not a Chandler any more...

BTW, this guy we talk about - the one who raised Emanuelle and Nick and who made nice remarks about MJ and followed that Venezuelan MJ fan club - is a screenwriter. Not a big one, he's had like two-three D-list movies and documentaries, nothing big. And he's now working on a novel. According to his website it's about a record label that gets destroyed by the Internet and to save themselves they decide to kill their biggest rock star with an overdose of Viagra to generate publicity and interest and sell more records. I'm sure any similarity with MJ-Sony conspiracy theories is pure coincidence. LOL.

Back in the 80s he also had a synth-pop band and the achieved minor success with one of their songs.

And in this case I think some of these people do not realize that some of us know who they are and who they are related to. Jordan himself however is pretty cautious, he is not on social media as far as I know.

Really interesting topic about the rock star... any resemblance to reality is pure coincidence... sure...
I am not saying it for the "crazy fans" I am saying it because what you said, that they are not Chandlers anymore, and because even my friends wich are not MJ fans, if somebody says "Jordan Chandler" they know who he is... He will always be linked by "the boy who blah blah blah..." (I don't know if this applies just to my group of friends, but they don't have a clue about who is Gavin for example...).
Knowing that Janet Arvizo is now Janet Jackson, i don't know what else we can't expect from these people...

The thing that kills me about this now with MJ gone is that his kids have started to feel the negative effects of Social Media (take the story of Paris's FB bullying for example.) Mike was pulled through Hell for 20+ years and always came out saying he had "rhinoceros skin." He put on a brave face even when we all knew he was hurting. But now, for his kids to become the victims, now that he's unable to protect them, now that they're old enough and he could explain to them how it was all lies lies lies, it just makes me so angry and sad. I can't imagine having to be the child of Michael Jackson. To constantly explain to people that he was a great father, but also hear everything about the allegations as a 15 year old girl or an 18 year old boy. I think it's hard sometimes to put into perspective that in the same way we love and respect our Dad's, Mike was only that to them too.

I saw them being targeted on twitter by people and I was disgusted. What kind of sick person goes and attacks a someone's children? A weak and pathetic one is my bet. From what I saw they usually responded pretty well to it online but it looks like Paris in particular took it pretty hard. I'm glad that Blanket isn't on social media, from what I've seen he seems to be a lot like MJ in his personality, sensitive and shy. Plus, being the youngest it would have been even harder for him to deal with. I don't know much much they knew about the allegations about MJ or what they were about but they definitely had no choice in learning about it when he passed. Being the ages they were before MJ died I'm not sure things would have been explained in detail to them, they would have been too young for that, especially Blanket.

That's what I mean though. Mike went through years of abuse from every angle which took a severe toll on him, but he always managed to put his kids safety and privacy first. He was looked at from the public as some sort of paranoid weirdo in the way that he protected his children, and yet, the second he's gone, they're shoved out for all the world to see and all the negative things that were ever said about him are being pushed at them, and they immediately became targets of bullying and harassment from people who had never met them (nor had they ever met MJ himself), then all of a sudden the public became sort of understanding after all of why Mike was so protective. It's just upsetting that after all those years of the abuse that MJ took, for him to pass right at the age when his 2 oldest children are becoming young adults, when they're at an age when they can have the hard hitting conversations and be old enough to understand, when Mike could have taught them how to drive and really put his parenting skills to the test with raising 2 teenagers plus Blanket, and at a time and an age when they need him the most, he's not here anymore because people like The Chandlers and The Arvisos ruined him. They ruined his trust, they ruined his purity, they ruined his spirit, and while they spend their lives now getting married, or taking posh vacations, or attending university or whatever it may be, Mike is gone, and his 3 kids have to grow up without a Dad.
 
Not sure if this is the right place for this info, but I was watching the movie Scrooged today and in the credits it listed a woman named June Chandler, who had a quick, five-second part. I looked her up on IMDB and she appears to be the same June Chandler spoken about here. Had no idea she had been an actress, nor do I think I can look at that movie the same way now that I know she's in it, even if it is a very tiny role. >.

I didn't know she was in that movie....:ermm:
She does run a series of acting workshops in and around LA. Not that she's got a impressive bio though.
 
I'm not sure if that info is correct. I remember hearing about it and I think there is some confusion about it due to some incorrect info about it on the web. Acc. to IMDB it appears to be THE June Chandler as well, because her bio says things from THE June Chandler's bio but such websites can contain incorrect info due to incorrect info added by people: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0151411/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t24

Back in the day I remember going after this info and I can't remember now why but IIRC I concluded eventually that it was another June Chandler and there's a lot of incorrect info on the net about it, linking her to the June Chandler we know. That's the site I was looking at actually. Mind you it was awhile ago that I saw it. I was trying to compare that photo on the site with one from the 90's to see if it was her, kind of hard to tell though with the one I was using.
 
It appears to be 2 different people even tho the trivia on IMDB says she is Jordan's mother. Makes sense if anyone can edit the info.
I'm glad it's not her-my favorite "modern " version of a Christmas Carol would be ruined.
As well as "No way out". :(
