TORONTO — Natalli Reznik, a finalist from "So You Think You Can Dance Canada," has apparently caught the eye of Michael Jackson.
The Toronto-based talent says she recently auditioned to be a backup dancer for the King of Pop's highly anticipated comeback shows at London's 02 Arena.
She didn't make the cut for those shows but has been asked to be a part of a tour, should he launch one, she says.
"So hopefully the show will expand and I'll go on it," Reznik said backstage at Sunday's MuchMusic Video Awards.
Reznik said the audition took place in Los Angeles and Jackson was on hand to pick out talent.
"He was there, which was amazing, dancing in front of him," she recalled.
The chiselled, Israeli-born talent came in fourth on CTV's "So You Think You Can Dance Canada" in December.
Before that, she had performed in Cirque du Soleil's "Love" and danced with Canadian pop sensation Nelly Furtado on her world tour. Reznik was also in the movie "Repo: The Genetic Opera" and has landed a role in the upcoming TV movie, "The Sorority Wars."
Jackson is planning 50 shows for London's 02 Arena, the first of which is scheduled for July 13.
The second season of "So You Think You Can Dance Canada" premieres Aug. 11.
