i used to do this when i had a stereo in my room. i turned on cd 4 from the ultimate collection and i usually just got to the second song and then i was alseep lol! just to hear michaels sweet voice before you go to sleep really makes your mind travel to other places. i find YANA and stranger in moscow as the best sleeping songs. they get me all relaxed and i love the feeling of going to sleep with michael on your mind and his music in your ears. i seem to dream about him more often when i do this, guess its beacuse i'm thinking about him so much just before i go to sleep, that he kinda 'travels' along with me into my sleep. i really need to do a sleeping list with michaels most beautiful songs, beacuse i've had trouble sleeping these last couple of months, and i think that it might help. i need something that makes me relaxed and michael is the best of helping me with that. i love his soft voice, i just close my eyes and i'm of to michael land :lol:
