I think its not visible on the mobile version. Are you look at the site on a laptop?

can you post link of the image here? That happens when image is either marked private or is from a site we cannot parse

You need the direct link to the image not the whole page.
Right click on the actual image and then copy the image's address, here you go: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/eb/cf/a9/ebcfa961b2df1c49f93c8fa0495466ac.gif

Now insert this link the way others explained above.

Strange. Copy this line including the [img ]-tags and paste it in your signature field.
