Scream live - microphone didn't work. Which concert?

I never said that i liked the lip syncing. I prefer him to sing live but during the HIStory tour you can clearly tell that something wasn't right with his voice. When he did sing on the HIStory tour most of the time it sounded like someone was strangling him.

I would have preferd live vocals but i do understand why he choose to lip sync
