[RUMOUR]Michael Jackson To Appear At MTV VMAs?

No I meant how the WMA messed the arrangments up and cut off Mikes vocals on the Microphone cause it had reached 11pm and the show had to end not a Minute over.Performance and appreance wise Mike was just electric and the whole awards ceremony and the night belonged to MJ.

I heard this as an explination and i believed it until i got home and played "We are The World" as Mike was just singing along to the cd version at the point at the end where it appears to cut out it just fades out like the CD version...so there was no cutting off because of the time...it was soley because the track had ended...still loved every minute of it!

Think about it, Michael is Huge in Europe, and also HE TOLD me in a conversation i had with him in Prague outside the hotel he was staying in the Intercontental. So for a chance to come to Beatles City , you may all be very surprised! Lets put it this way i have put in for the ballot and im going Michael or not, but what a place to showcase HOLD MY HAND.

Ratings were higher this year on that crappy show:

In the key 18-34 demographic, this year's show ratings were 15% higher than the 2007 broadcast and 41% higher than the 2006 edition.
The show was also the highest-rated telecast on all of cable in the 12-34 demo this year.

Yeh let's see what happens next time, because the only reason they got those ratings is because they continuously lied to the audience by juicing up things that turned out to be a huge let down, they kept dangling the carrot, but did not deliver. I mean, they implied Britney would perform, she did not. Then she would grandiosely open the show, she did not, only had 3 lines that's it, that was the opening. Then they kept saying things like stay tuned to see Miley cyrus tackle a Bon Jovi Classic, which just turned out to be a 3 second glimpse of her doing a Bon Jovi song on Rockband, then proceed to quickly announce some artist.

The truth is, they had nothing. No great show at all, and they knew it, that's why they need to lie to get viewers in. In my opinion it's the only reason why Britney magically won 3 awards that normally wouldn't have won at all, just so she'd be on the show.

RESPECT. THAT is ALL that MJ wants. He has MORE HITS more MASSIVE HITS than ELVIS....he's a significant figure that is tired of the PUT-DOWNS and the JOKES. IF they want him, they are going to have to GET DOWN ON THEIR KNEES and BEG for him.

even schedules to perform and the crowd went insane and into a frenzy _ I thought it was great _ of course
the tabloids reported different _ but thats nothing new - they always downgrade and bash his appearances _

The UK has a huge MJ fan base. WMA 2006 is a great example. Mike walked about the stage and sang a few lines. And the roof blew off with insanity from the crowd. As qbee pointed out, it actually was Great. **** the media. Michael probably doesnt care about them by now. Hes been in Showbiz for over 40 years. The media would of got to him long before now. Anyways, the UK would be the best place to kick start his career again, in my opinion.
