That picture with Dustin Hoffman is not rare at least to me. Story behind the pictures:

In 1981, together with other celebrities contacted by Dustin Hoffman, Richard Chamberlain lobbied state institutions for the creation of a camp for children with cancer and their families. The first Camp Good Times event was held in August 1982 at
Calamigos Ranch, in Malibu, with 60 children. Richard Chamberlain
personally visited the Camp and remained one of its supporters.
The activities and the reach of the Camp haven't stopped
expanding over the years. The Camp is now located at
Apple Canyon (South West of Palm Springs).
Celebrity supporters of the camp included Michael Jackson, Richard Chamberlain,
O.J. Simpson, David Soul, Neil Diamond and Dustin Hoffman. (1982)
