New photos: Michael Jackson has met this Australian Chinese Freeman Chiu, who was born in Hong Kong, during the HIStory era. At that time, he made a MJ website. He told us on Aug. 29, 2015 when he met Michael, Michael gave him a strong handshake, and "thank you very much for coming guys，thank you." He said Michael is unique and he admired MJ's perfectionism

Mine too-I know this just sounds absolutely crazy-but I've just been high as a kite looking at some of this rare pix-especially the Thriller behind the scenes ones and the ones of him hanging at home with various people-this is just delightful.

It makes sense what you said. Most of the pictures that Instagram user jackson.rare shares are the ones from the Jackson 5 early 70s to 1987. Michael moved out of Encino to Neverland a year later.

Michael's facebook page shared this one I hadn't seen before with the Mary Poppins' writers, the Sherman Brothers. He met almost everybody in showbiz, amazing!

It's "Rudy's and Plinnie's Beauty Center" on South Orange Blossom Trail. :D I look for it every time I go by it and think of Michael.

I had been wondering where all these "new" pictures came from, and I think you are absolutely right. The timeline of these photos make it certain they come from the Encino days, not after. I can't imagine the Jacksons putting all these wonderful pix in a storage place, but I'm glad whoever bought them, decided to share them.
They are all wonderful.

To to each their own but if I had had the chance to be in a picture and to own an autograph of Michael, I'd treasure them forever and not sell them on auction like these people with him did on Julien's.
