This is Darrick Morgan. A stand in double who worked for Michael on many short films, i.e. in In The Closet (watch the Making of closely you can spot him in the background) or Black Or White - which es where the photo is from. He is NOT seen in any video, because he's only a stand in. Meaning he poses for MJ when Michael wasn't there to get all settings right (lights, etc.), so when Michael arrives he can start shooting the scene. This way Michael doesn't need to be present hours and hours just for the preparations. This is common practice.
