Where does this image come from? I remember I saw this as a video footage from a
MTV documentary about Michael that came soon after he was acquitted of the charges
back in 2005. Is it perhaps from a rehearsal before the Royal Brunei concert, History Tour
concert or one of the MJ & Friends concert? It looks like this is between 1996 and 1999.

I don't believe I shared this gif, but it doesn't seem to be from either RB concert, History or MJ & Friends given the way his hair was styled (short) during the three you mention above his hair was longer. Looks more like a rehearsal for his 1995 MTV performance at the VMA's. Don't know the source video, maybe Ashtanga who kindly shared could tell you?.
