^^^ Her name is Marielle Tourel, Michael met her and her family when he visited Poland in 1996. In 2009 she gave few interviews to Polish media and said very nice things about Michael.

But if you mean what era it's from, it looks to be end of Thriller beginning of Bad?
I don't have a clue where MJ is in the pic but I think I've seen the whole pic before, too.
