Randy Jackson's Twitter...

:) u r reading my mind big apple.i also want all those who are claiming interventions in the court as a witness with all their information.

I hear you blankylurdoodoo!

Right now I'm looking forward to hearing what EXACTLY went down in that meeting which was attended by Michael, Katherine, Joe, Leonard Rowe and Randy Phillips.

In my opinion, it was about Joe and Rowe's involvement in the AEG deal, or the AllGood Entertainment NON-deal, or maybe it was a little bit of both.

I don't believe that meeting had anything to do with Michael's health or any concern for Michael's health on the part of his mother and/or father.

I'm with you on that....

My question is why hasn't Randy questioned his mother? Katherine saw MJ a week before he died, why didn't Katherine say anything about MJ's appearance and health?

In my opinion, IT'S ALL A PLOY!

They ALL know what time it is, but since the Estate of Michael Jackson is off limits, they have to move on to something else, in the hope that they can obtain some major dollars.

And the only way to do that now is to blame AEG by saying Michael was too sick too perform.

In my opinion, they don't even really want a fight with AEG, they just want a QUICK SETTLEMENT!

so true.i think the money they get from settlement will go in trust right ,please correct me if i am wrong.

IF, BIG IF, they were to win a settlement, I believe, yes, a portion of that settlement would go into a trust for Michael's children.

And to be honest, maybe Ivy can answer this better then me, but at age EIGHTY, I'm not sure how much Katherine could obtain. If she is suing for "lost of services," I believe her age would factor into the equation. I'm not positive though.

thank u big apple for answer ,i guess ivy is right person.
i was wondering because randy is pushing this to hard and we all know this for money ,so i was just thinking how they gonna get katherins share.

But you know what, no matter how much Katherine stands to receive through any AEG lawsuit, it STILL won't be enough for the MANY, MANY folks Katherine hopes to support, when she is no longer here.

They ALL want to live like "rockstars" and it's just not possible, unless they are REALLY Rockstars. LOL!

The HEY DAY of the Jackson-5 is over, been over for a long time now and folks need to realize that and move on to a life that they can afford with what they earn now.

u know those people are delusional.. they are still not able to stomach why it was michael and not them, who was the 'chosen one'.
all of them are middle aged if not even older, yet they wanna party hard and pretend, they just dont get that without mike they would have been one of the many long lost and forgotten r&b/soul acts of the 70s. nothing memorible about them, nothing that stood out.

I hope AEG won't settle.

Neither do I. But From what I heard when the lawsuit was file last year,AEG bosses...want a fight. They are majorly pissed...and they are willing to take this to trial to clear their company name.

I have a feeling AEG will be fighting this lawsuit. Although I really wish before they asked MJ to do this that they made sure he was in the right frame of mind and was healthy. When MJ mentioned a doctor, they should've asked why if he was healthy. There was no need for Dr Murray, if Michael was really ready and willing for these shows. I would've asked tons of questions regarding this. Why was he needed? and if MJ couldn't sleep someone should've gotten him some real help. Did AEG even question anything?

AEG could care less about Jackson, him delivering in the 'do it or die' mob fashion was evident per Randy Philips' own admission. ... So.. yeah.

We do not know that Michael was not in a good frame of mind or was not healthy. He passed a physical for the insurance. The autopsy report indicated a man in good health.

I do not see how asking for a doctor to accompany on tour would raise red flags.

Maybe Michael felt that since he had been some time since he had last performed that he should have someone on hand in case of an emergency, someone he had a relationship and knew him and his needs. And his children's needs.

Maybe the music/performing industry now prefers to people to have doctors on hand, just in case.

And since we were not present at Michael's meetings with AEG we do not know that hard questions were not asked and that satisfactory answers were not given. You can have a doctor on hand as much for prevention as for cure!

StacyJ - you really do need to stop making seem as though Michael was incapable of looking after himself as a grown man of 50 years! It demeans him. He may have made decisions that, in hindsight, were not the best - but they were his decisions to make.

Sorry to go OT in this thread but I wanted to address this.

I have a feeling that having a doctor on tour is a standard practice for "some" acts.

I watched a Celine Dion Tour type movie while on a recent cruise and when she got sick with a cold and lost her voice a man captioned as "Celine Dion TOUR DOCTOR" was right there to treat her ailment.

You have to also remember that we are talking about a 50-year old individual, not a minor child who would need somebody else to make decisions for them. If a 50-year old person says: I'm fine, let's do this." Then you would just have to respect that and move on, in my opinion.

Bottom line,,, if the doctor was good Michael was going to be fine and he was going to be with us today !

this doctor practice and the things he did at the last night was the main reason ! do u remember MJ in MTV Japan awards ...do you remeber how he looked at that night he was like MJ in 1987 ...and that awards was months after the trial !

the doctor was the main and only reason MJ died ! he killed him whether planned or not planned !

that's a good point.

Not talking about randy, but "maybe" the other brothers were invited to sit in the audience, but they wanted their invitation to include their participation in the actual tribute. Janet did a tribute on stage, maybe the brothers felt it was their chance to participate in a musical tribute as well.

Since they are singers also, maybe they wanted to strut their stuff on stage with usher and the rest of the tribute cast.

lol....

Girl, you know "some" of the brothers were hoping they got a call from the Grammys to take part in that tribute. LOL! To me, it looks like NOBODY in the music business wants to deal with them.

and I'm glad... Remember Randy and Jermaine said they were getting a concert together? well we haven't heard anything else about it and the media doesn't seem excited. I used to love that family but these past couple of years have turned me off. And every since Mike left us they haven't done anything positive that would make me support them again..

Good post, I agree.

I have a few things to say to Randy

Why are you a gutless coward who hides behind twitter.

If you were that passionate about your brother you would have taken to the mic stand outside the court house instead of sheepishly running to your car and driving of.

I know for a fact if that were my brother I would be heard everywhere in a huge way not behind a pathetic twitter account.

Get a damn backbone will ya and proove to us you mean what you say about your brother.

Yes they had an open mic available at the courthouse right after Murray was formally charged...but he retreated like a thief in the night (pun intended!) and ran to Twitter.

Gutless SOG

That's true... Most artist have doctors on tour instead of having to call one or fly one out to wherever they are

IF Katherine receives any settlement money, wouldn't the Koreans step in and get that? She owes them like 13 million......

It is a requirement for a lot of insurance companies if the performer is older or the tour has a lot of stunts. If the performer is over 50 it becomes a legal requirement. The Rolling Stones had to have a doctor on tour for example.
