Me too, maybe she also was inspired by all the coverage about negative and overwhelming MJ coverage news media was doing.
 
Madonna did the opening before the tribute started. She just simply said it all and i dont think anyone couldve done better. The way she worded herself was just crazy. And you can see it in her misty eyes that she was holding herself back. The part where she says that how everyone turned thier back on him when he was trying to build a family gave me chills. The tribute was just phenomenal. The performers were amazing, but i couldnt keep my eyes off the screen in the background cuz thats where Michael was. Dancing. Smiling. Kicking. Crotch grabing. And the theme "love everyone". Thank you Madonna, Forever greatful. long LIVE the KING.
 
how long until the end of the show ? also any streams working ?
 
Wow, that was actually graphically cool by Lady Gaga. Props for the ideas. I saw Madonna "like a virgin" references with the white lace outfits. michael references with the masks on some of the dancers faces.

And that blood thing. It's actually kinda cool. And the question she posed for the whole performance.



But notice one thing.........most of the cool things were through production...not by Gaga herself. She's a good performer though, so the credit is well deserved, but not a great dancer...not a fantastic singer either. Maybe some piano chops i guess?

that is the message she was trying to convey.. Its alot like Michaels "Privacy"
 
like i said i dont care for her myself but I think she was sending a message about the paps...so for that I respect her...as crazy as she may be...

I can't even imagine what it must have been like to peform the only
song they dueted together on but never peformed together onstage now to perform it with your brother posthumously

Actually i thought she was singing live...thats what surprised me.

The whole music industry died long before Michael did.
I hear a lot of talk about people going "we gonna carry Michael's legacy" but everything I've seen and heard since Michael's death is mediocre.

The whole music industry is on some "MJ-d**k-riding-sh*t".

The world needs Michael now more than ever.
 
She wants the attention people that song means nothing her. If it did she would dress up in outrageous costumes
 
Well maybe Lady GaGA should put some clothes on and quit her job as a singer and performer if she wants the paparazzi to stop hunting her...

I agree. I mean I'm glad that he is being celebrated, but to look out into the audience and see people who ridiculed him and treated him like a joke act all said....please it makes me SO angry. Where were all of these "fans" when he needed them? Madonna is right people did let him down, and Janet's face says it all......

Had Gaga done an amazing performance, you wouldn't even had to go through all that explanation - it would've been understood.
