Yes the weather is much cooler now, thank god. But then again i dont like too much cold weather either lol

Yep I was stoked! Was very cool :wild: LOL you'd be like..... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH :p It's okay, my friend was sorta like that and ran inside lol Turned around and she was gone..... I was like where'd she go??? They are just swirlin a little is all :p

Yeah I figured it was getting chilly there.... winter is on the way for you all....
 
^^^ I don't know of any events for June 25th and I'd been looking around as well. So I finally decided that maybe we can put the intiative to organise it ourselves! After all we are his fans!

Me and my friend (also from MJJC) just had a brief disscussion to do a Vigil. I'll be able to organise it on FB and get many people to come.

We plan for them to try to bring candles and sing along a few songs (like in a choir). My friend said she have an Ipod with pretty good speakers so we can use that.
We suggest that the venue will be in city, on Friday 25, 7 pm. (It will have to be evening for the candles to lit up)
We suggest that 30 minutes should be enought and the songs we plan to sing are,

You are not alone, We are the world, Will you be there, Man in the mirror and Heal the world.

I'll print out some lyrics incase passer by wants to join but all fans will have to memorise the songs so I'll post up the song list on FB for them to practice!

These are just suggestions. We will need participation from as much people over here as possible to organise it. There are several places I'm targeting in the city. Initially I was thinking of Federation Square but it might be very noisy since they always have live music over there. I also thought of the grassy area infront of State Library, Bourke street (infront of Myers), South bank parks and any area along Swanston street.

Hi all, very soon I am doing Billie Jean for my half yearly pracitcal exam, I have a good feeling as I am wearing white socks today (I usually wear black socks).

Australia never do anything great when it comes to tributes. All over the world, I was so impressed with all the Michael tributes and wanted to be over there so badly! Aussies are too easy going and don't take anything seriously. Unless its a big music festival like stereosonic but dedicated to MJ, I can't see any tributes working out well in Australia without looking tacky and lame.

lol do you need to know about GST and working out all the different costs for each person for a sport trip to Timaru :p

And you're the one that moved i think you should just stay up til 3am for us :D
