lol yea it's the libraries just throw it :shifty: then sit there staring at it heavily breathing for a minute or two :p

I guess i should call it a Hāngi. it's where you heat up volcanic rocks and then put them in a hole in the ground so they steam and place 2 baskets of food on top of them (meat + vegetables) then cover the basket with a sack to keep dirt out then cover the top of that with soil to stop the steam from escaping then leave it for 3 or 4 hours and come back and the food is cooked... thats a real shit explanation but ive never done one before lol

edit :scratch: did that really take 10 mins to write lol. hi Mel... woo X files is about to be on :D

:hi: ahh that's okay Misty I'm not going to be online for long tonight anyway, didn't sleep too good last night, was just one of those nights where I wasn't tired now I know how MJ felt :giggle:

I have just finished reading "Breaking Dawn" for the 5th time so tonight I'm going to start reading my treasures book of MJ if I feel like doing some reading either that book or my Man In The Mirror book :).

Oh and Misty I got around to watching that dvd I was telling you about "Michael Jackson's Devotion" it wasn't a bad dvd actually, there were a few things that made me a little angry but its worth watching. :D

Ahh okay I'll ask mum tomorrow and post a couple up for you if you like so you can try them out , :yes: do tell us if the book is worth a read, I need some new reading material :lol:

Okay Misty I guess I'll talk to you tomorrow some time, enjoy your book and the rest of your night

:woohoo: thanks Mel, looking forward to it :D I'll keep you posted on the book. So far it's not too bad though I suspect that Taraborrelli thinks MJ used creams on his skin to like induce vitiligo

Okay a little excerpt:

This is about a museum in Los Olivos...

'One recent day, a strange looking man came through the museum with a boy, a girl and an infant. He was accompanied by two women, senior citizens who tended to the youngsters, maybe nursemaids, one cradling the baby in a blanket. Also present was a male assistant who appeared to be in his early twenties. His eyes darted about, as if he was on high alert, vigilantly aware of his surroundings, of what others were doing in his presence.
The older man, wearing a deep purple, silk surgical mask, a fedora over ink jet black hair and over sized sunglasses, stood before one of the photographic displays. "Prince! Paris!" he called out. "Come here, look at this." The tots ran to his side. He pointed to the picture with one chalky, spindly finger - at the tip of which was wrapped in a band aid and read the accompanying description, his high pitched voice sounding instructive. In the middle of his reading, he admonished the boy to pay closer attention, insisting that "this is important". The group moved from one display to the next, the masked man reading each narrative, beseeching the children to listen carefully.
After the day's lesson, the small group enjoyed a bite to eat in the restaurant. While there, they laughed amongst themselves, sharing private jokes, yet seeming closed off from their environment, never acknowledging the existence of anyone outside their miniature world.'

It's going to be hard if there is a trial too.... seeing it all the time on tv and hearing every reporter and "expert" opinion etc.... ugh. I'm not looking forward to it. I know it's necessary, that Murray must go on trial, but it's gonna be a circus and hard to deal with.

I love this board though... we all have some place to go and we all know we are in the same boat emotionally :heart:

How's your day? It raining by you at all? It's been raining here for like a week now.... I thought this country was usually in drought! :mello: Course, now there is so much rain it's the opposite... and everything is over saturated and flooding....... and the mossies are arriving in packs :ph34r:

My day has been good, but very warm n sunny here. I think it rained a few days ago here.

LOL! I think it's gonna be 35 here on Friday... too warm... we don't use A/C til it hits like 41 :cry: I'm gonna melt!

It was so funny. These chicks who are fans of the two teams in the US superbowl... had to stand on little platforms with these stick things and were trying to knock each other off :lmao: They were beatin the crap outta each other cuz the person who won was getting tickets :lol:

Yeah... I'd rather have it be cold :p I see those videos from D.C. with the two feet of snow and I'm like...... gimme that just for one day! :cold:

Yep I'd love to see a game. Lived in the States my whole life and never been to one.... SO hard to get in to.... seen a million MLB baseball games, seen an NHL hockey game, seen a couple NBA games....... but no NFL :rant: I'd like to see a NASCAR race too one day, just to see one ;)

You seen any neat sports in person yet?

Yes i would loveee to see snow too one day, would be so cool!


Id love to see an american baskeytball game live. I"ve seen a few afl games live -only when essendon was playing ( that my fave team!:punk:)

And i've seen a few like normal local womans baskeball game, but like with the afl games, saw them yrs ago.

Ha yeah snow is fun to play in if it's the right kind. If it's too warm and slushy it won't work right, it's gotta be cold and fresh... then it's SO fun. Snow angels and snow ball fights and sledding and tobogganing... :dancin:

The environment at an NBA game is really fun :clapping:

AFL would be awesome. I've watched it on tv while here and my friends describe what is going on. It's fun to watch. Was there a lot of people there?

It's a friggen card thing *which i also didn't know* so if i try and clean it it will fall to bits

Not too bad Misty, I'm in a better mood then what I was last night, I think there still might be a little hope left :)

How's the weather where you are, its overcast here but bloody muggy I wish it would just hurry up and give us a good down pour of rain rather then bits an pieces.

aww :huggy: what's happened?, I have a book of Michael's with that exact same picture you have on the cd, can't remember what the books called though :lol:

I'm feeling alot better then I was last night, and now I'm thinking about setting up an MJ forum of my own for something to do as I'm bored :giggle:
