I totally regulated myself......... to this computer chair.......... for safety :lmao:Yeah, all up I have a pulled muscle in my shoulder and my upper arm is also sore, I have tenderness and redness down the side of my lower arm, i have scrapes and tenderness by my wrist and a lot of tenderness, swelling (still! although finally less) and a lot of bruising on my hand and parts of my fingers.
All up I did a bang up job falling! No pun intended :lmao:
Been on panadol and a med to reduce the swelling and a bit of booze, all day

For like half a day I did worry I may have like hairline fractured something in my wrist or hand... but now... na, maybe bruised a bone at the worst... otherwise it would have been so much more swollen.
