Uncensored? How was the Uk one censored?
They removed the part where Michael says "Do it and you're dead."

Now that you say it, the story is really weird! The movie part of the film (excluding Smooth Criminal) as an adult seems a lot weirder.
I mean, in the universe of the movie, Michael Jackson plays a pop star/robot/car/alien thing who dances with ghost gangsters, and hangs out with 3 orphan kids who apparently don't have a family/place of their own, and live on the streets (?), but also hang out with the millionaire MJ...or something...
If they do have parents or some adult watching them, why is no one concerned for their well being. Unless MJ is their father of sorts.
And why are these kids out late at night watching him get shot up and are so bla about him being a robot car thingy that dances with ghost gangsters.
Yes, I'm totally overthinking it
But I will have to admit when I watch moonwalker now around children I do feel a bit uncomfortable with the drug refrenses in the film..
I heard that "Who Is It", "Give In To Me" banned in US. Is this right?
I don't understand what is problem with Michael? Check other videos; %80 porn, % 20 music...
They didnt only get make changes to the Smooth Criminal segment theres a shot from MITM on the VHS thats missing from the DVD & Bluray during the multiscreens after the background singers sing "Make That Change" theres the break before "Man In The Mirror" in that break the focus is on Michael's ass as he walks away.

I think Who Was It was, not Give In To Me.
I didn't find about the WIT thing tho til I was an adult, which is so weird.
There's absolutely nothing controversial in that video whatsoever.
So it's weird that they replaced the video with one of those montage videos of his other videos.
It's about as weird as when MTV banned Madonnas WHAT IT FEELS LIKE FOR A GIRL video. Not as tame as WHO IS IT, but it was no worse than any of the other videos at the time.
MTV and U.S. media is/was just so weird and hypocritical on what's offensive.
Like Janets boob that was seen by no one. That stuff was zoomed out, so no one saw a good shot of it til the morning after in papers.
We Americans can be such prudes. Good grief...
