I think its really great that Michael thinks of us, his fans, enough to send us messages/notes. He truly does love and appreciates all of us.

Since we are sharing notes from MJ, I thought I'd show you all a note Michael sent out to me and 3 other fans in Vegas in mid October......just about a week or so before he left for LA. Michael had spoken to us for about 15 minutes. After he left, MJ had one of his security people send us the note, along with some pizza! Michael truly is one of the nicest people on earth........a true angel!

Anyway, here is the note he wrote. Enjoy!

That's pretty cool...and very thoughtful of him. Thanks for sharing, VegasMJFan. :flowers: The "really" is kinda funny for some reason. Not so much becuz he misspelled it, but becuz he has it in quotes for emphasis. Not sure if it's the last word in that sentence or the first word in the next sentence. Michael you're making us crazy with your writing...lol...but happy nonetheless. You have a special place in our families' hearts, too. :give_heart:

Gotta say it feels a bit like getting spoiled. We've been getting notes and pix galore. He's definitely hyped about things. It's a bit contagious, no?

Awww, thank you for posting! I'm jealous that I could not talk to him too, but maybe someday I will. I'm always happy to see his notes to us; it makes me feel happy that he thinks of us and loves us too. That is so cool that he talked to everyone and gave you pizza and a note to take.

Same here.

The notes are nice. I still do not understand why he has to always tell the fans what he is doing. We know he is working hard and things of that nature. Mike, do your job. Do what you gotta do. Don't gives us updates all of the time.

i think because he misses us. we are the visual prove that he can make a huge change to the world. we are genuine is our feelings and it means that he has made this change. he is a part of us. we are a part of him so to say. he misses us and wants us around - because we are the ones who understand him. writing these messages is the way to show all this to us. i think this is adorable that he's doing it - personally i can say it makes me feel less lonely without him (and more in some way lol)
but without these "updates" you would be wondering what he was doing. he's assuring that he's working. as he knows we're waiting. i don't know an artist that would care as much as Michael does about the fans, who would be so responsible. if he's taking his time to do the album or anything else - it means he's working according to his standards. and we'd better trust him in that. :yes:

Get used to what? Because that is Michael? So you know Michael, personally? You are just a fan. I would not be shocked if these fans were telling him that the fans were "worried" about him and he decided to send them a note to let them know that he is OK. Why? We know that he is OK, we know that he is recording and we know that he loves his fans so why does he have to feel as though he has to tell the fans that?

if you love someone you feel like telling it to them again and again.
a mother would tell her child "i love you" when finishing a bed time story. why does she need to repeat it if the child already knows it.
or you can say that if you want to hear "i love you too" answer. Michael needs to be reassured that he is loved. his whole life was about doing music and performing. you don't do it if you do it only for yourself. you need people's reaction. if something is made with love - like his songs or dance - he needs to see whether we care about his gift to us or not.
when we're giving a gift to somebody does it make difference if this somebody is indifferent or does it make us smile when this person is excited and happy about the gift? we all need reassurance and especially such a lonely person as Michael is.

Or is it like that movie about the Traveling Pants where each person gets to have the note for a period of time and then they pass it on? lol that's an interesting question. My guess is that the person who it is actually handed to keeps it, but photographs it (as this person did) and is then able to share it via photo and internet...How were they shared prior to Internet???

I really don't think Michael does things because he thinks he has too. He does it because he really wants to. He is no pushover. If he wants to tell us he loves us and what he is up to, that is fine, I'd rather hear it from his heart than the media. I hope he gets a website soon and authors it a bit himself. EIther way I trust him, we all do, we know he is working hard.

Ummmmmm.....ok, I have to put my two cents in here, especially since I was one of the fans who has been lucky enough to speak to him alot lately here in Vegas.... and get a note and phone message. Not one fan during my conversations with MJ has told him that we, or any fans, were "worried" about him. Every single conversation has been very positive and very upbeat. No one asked for a note or hinted to get one. It was his idea and choice. Period. He has told us on many occassions that he knows our hearts and he can feel our love when we are outside waiting for him. He has said that we inspire him. Michael is very passionate about his music, and about us, his fans. I think, by writing these notes, he is feeling the passion of our love and wants us to see how much he truly loves us too. Just my opinion. He is doing this out of love, from his heart. The man is trying to show us love and reach out to us. How can one complain about him writing notes to fans expressing his love and sharing his plans? All I can do is shake my head in disbelief. Unbelievable. :no::no::no::no:

No, but you in a way minimalized it. Just because he doesn't have a web site doesn't mean he doesn't really try for his fans. He does it whenever he's on the road, along with going down to actually talk face to face with them, sign autographs, buy them food, etc... He's a lot more thoughtful then most celebrities and his communication, though perhaps not as frequent or official, has a much more personal and real touch. Its part of the reason he has such loyal fans. My point was that before there was a means to regular communication from stars to their fans, Michael was keeping in touch with them this way. And he continues the communication in the same way. Maybe it isn't as effeciant, but its sincere. The internet robbed stars of an excuse to not inform their fans of their goings on. Michael never used that excuse and he still doesn't. He's just old school, lol.

It sounds like you have had some real sweet interactions with him, VegasMJFan. I'm sure these occasions have been very special to you. And I'm glad you have gotten to experience first hand his kindness and caring.
