Hey I remember the party thrown for MJ in 03'. Why haven't the big fanclubs or this forums clubs around the US tryed to organize an event where MJ is invited to attend? That party looked like alot of fun for MJ and everyone who attented. If there's any year MJ should be invited to a large scale party for his bday.....his 50th is the year to do so. I haven't really been keeping up with the forum, seeing as theres no news on the front with MJ :(. Have I missed an event like this being organized?

nope....but i remember back on april fools some mods *cough* chi chi *cough* shannon cough*L.J.* decided it wud be funny 2 trick fans n2 thinkin it was..and it was sooooooooo hilarious..well it is now.. i didnt believe it tho....i swear!lol

There's gonna be a party in NYC, and from what I understand Berry Gordy is gonna be there, so I guess MJ could show up, but that's just me speculating. And there is one is Las Vegas too I think. It's actually a pity that there isn't really going to be anything for his birthday....makes me feel a bit sad. And there isn't even an address we could send birthday cards or gifts, and THAT makes me feel really sad because it's like there is no way what so ever to congratulate Michael...but maybe he wants it that way? Maybe he doesn't want to celebrate? And if that's his decision, we have to respect that. But I don't know what's going on...

No I meant the online party on Paltalk actually. And actually no one woudl ever know even if he did come, unless he was like "Yo, it's me Mike y'all!!! So where's the popcorn??!" :lmao: :lmao:

^^ hopefully like you stated before that no one will PM people asking if they are Michael Jackson..:lmao:

i think its a real shame that there is not a massive thing happening where all the fans can come together as one. Australia has an official Sony party but we are the only ones. The rest of the world have disappointed me to tell u the truth. I thought that day would have been marked with fans going out of their way to put on an public specticle....

There's quite a few Aussie fans attending the official party in Sydney which is being thrown by Sony...in fact, I'm going! Can't wait hehe! And seeing as it's the only official event being thrown for his B'day...I'm also hoping a phone call from Michael is gonna happen woo!

sony always neglects us they need to throw a party here. freakin idiots i swear

I am too pissed off that there is no big celibration. Shame on you Mikey

Well, maybe he doesn't want a big celebration. Shame on YOU for acting like a brat! :pth:

Did Prince, Madonna and all the rest of the others stars turning 50, throw big celebrations? No! You have the nerve to be "pissed off" just because MJ might not have felt like having a birthday party organized for him, just so fans like you can go and act like a bunch of brainless apes and give the media more ammo to label us all as a "bunch of MJ-obsessed lunatics"! And so what if there isn't going to be a "big celebration", what are you going to do? Stop being a fan? Run around your house screaming while wrecking your furniture and ripping your hair off your head? Commit suicide?

Ugh I'm so sick of fans being such whiny brats!

We're having a party here in Paris! It's called "MJ Funky Celebration" - I can't wait!! it's gonna be fun!

funny how fans think, that just becuase once he attended a big fan party in 2003 he should go after that every year somewhere and party...
but on the other side it is also understandable, that fans would like to congratulate him on his Birthday, so setting up a mailbox or something would have been nice. Last year it worked, and the postcard project was so nice :)

I like the way you call someone of my age a brat. And screw you i can have opinion love

And what has madonna been doing, em oh yeah released another album, and just started a world tour.

Let's not fight. Maybe MJ just doesn't want to have a big celebration? Turning 50 is a big thing, but it's also a milestone that some people may have trouble with....

err u need to control ur temper and learn how to respect other ppl's feelings about things and situations. if she wants to feel this way about michael not throwing a big party for his bday thats her business. stop attacking fans so blatantly. damn
also u think ur the only sane fan in the world ? judging from ur behavior i can safely say u have the wrong idea. if fans are happy and excited to see michael in celebrations and parties, events etc doesnt make them a "bunch of MJ-obsessed lunatics". if ur so concerned about what ppl think of us as a group maybe u shouldnt be a fan at all. "brainless apes" ?
"Run around your house screaming while wrecking your furniture and ripping your hair off your head? Commit suicide?"
who the heck talks like that ? :toofunny:

And you seriously need to mind your own business over things that don't concern you! :rolleyes2:

My goodness gracious Ladies & Gents,

Please give Mr.Jackson some air, everyone wants, wants, takes and takes, why can't we be a bit more supportive and understand that he is a human being too that sometimes would like some privacy, and have some type life...

Shame on you Mikey

WTF? The man is a JW and JWs do not celebrate birthdays. So, shame on your ass! You knew that his b-day was August 29th and you could have told people an idea on how fans can celebrate his birthday. You guys could have teamed up with other fan sites and threw a party for him like what happened in 2003. I didn't see you or anyone on here doing that. So, why even go there with the man? If you have some MJ fans who are your buddies and you wanna do something on Mike's b-day, then do that. However, do not expect MJ to do anything for his birthday. What Madge and Prince did for their birthdays (even though Prince is also a JW and doesn't celebrate birthdays) has nothing to do with Michael.

There is a party in NYC being set up. I read that there will be on in Austrilia (sp) and in Las Vegas. So, there are fans celebrating the man's birthday. BTW, if you people want to send something to Michael, you can send it to his NL estate. He still owns the place, so do your part and send something to him. There is a PalTalk party, a youtube party, all kinds of things to do. Stop bitching on the man when it is not his fault. Damn. Yes, 50 is a huge milestone, but some people, like MJ, do not want to make a big deal about it. That is him, not you or me. Just be happy that he is free to be able to turn 50 with his children, family and fans. Goodness. I think at times, fans take MJ for granted and expect him to do what other people are doing. Please, give that nonsense up!

You've said it better than I did. Honestly I don't even know why I bother responding to stupid sh*t like this. Some fans think they have the right to disrespect MJ and talk about him like he's crap no matter how slightly, just because they've been fans for a long time and yet they get all whiny and defensive when the same thing is done to them.

Ok look. Yes, Michael is a JW and yes, if he don't wanna do something big (or whatever) that's his business. But nobody has to attack other fans for their opinion; that's how they feel, let them deal with it on their own.

I am not attacking the fan, I was bothered that the fan went there and said "shame on MJ". I mean, why would a fan even go there? That was my point of the post.

And you seriously need to mind your own business over things that don't concern you! :rolleyes2:

it is my business since im a member on this forum and i cant stand seeing mean ppl like u attacking others for no reason! got it ? :rolleyes2: and u wanna talk about minding our own business ? well its not any of ur goddamn business to tell her how she should feel about this and whether she should be happy or sad that michaels not throwing an official party for his bday. back off
