Unfortunately, that's true... Only the thought of it makes the skin crawl. The fascination with children some have (like those having accused Michael of child pae*******) is weird to say the least. Victor Gutierrez was proven to have been connected with NAMBLA (a pedophile and pedarasty advocacy organization in the United States that works to abolish age of consent laws decriminalizing adult sexual contact with minors), and I have a strong feeling (may He forgive me if I'm wrong) that such people like Mann, Schaffel are the same. They look very very snakish, but are very smart (Schafel producing that incredible 'Commemorated' documentary), just like snakes are. It doesn't help when you're a gay porn film producer either. This kind of sick fascination with children and child molestation is increasing and proves anything but concern for them, and many are displaying it, be they media outlets or business partners or so-called friends. And when many throw stones, they're doing so to hide their furry hands.

The guy behind the website JacksonSecretVault.com -- the one who called out the Jackson estate for releasing a song he insinuated wasn't "authentic" -- now has a big "authenticity" problem of his own.

Howard Mann, Katherine Jackson's business partner, now says the song his website released Saturday was not "unreleased" as he advertised, but rather a "remake." Pretty big difference.

Mann told TMZ on Friday his site was releasing the song "Opis None" in part to "overcome the confusion" that arose from the release of the song "Breaking News."

But it turns out Mann is guilty himself of creating "confusion" by touting an unreleased song that was really a remake.

And on top of that, Mann touted that the release of "Opis None" was made with the blessing of Katherine Jackson. Now he has taken all references to Mrs. Jackson out of the advertisement they posted on Friday (see below).

Bad timing for Mann and Katherine -- She's appearing on "Oprah" Monday to push the book she wrote on MJ as well as other projects ... projects in which she partnered with Mann.

Exactly what happened! Confusion or a mistake is when you are not clear in your first explanation - they were quite clear in their's...and it was clearly a lie. Twice we were lied to yesterday. First about the song and then about who it was from.

I knew it, I knew Katherine wasn't behind this. Many of you fans should apologize...

But she was... She may not have personally posted this song on the site, but by being his business partner and authorizing the stuff to be sold on there, she is behind it.

For me it is just so very sad the people that have now become part of her world, or were always there and she remained sheltered from, or chose to detach herself from. Or even more so, the people that take her and use her for their own purposes and she may out of complete innocence "trust" them. I believe her heart is and has always been in the right place. I don't know who did what, but Mann is Ms. Katherine's business partner and she now has the freedom to dump his behind for trying to pull a fast one on Michael's fans.

Seems to me like she would have some legal standing to discontinue their partnership because of his fradulent act. (Maybe Ivy can break it down for us.)

If she continues to work with him, then, in my opinion, she isn't upset at what he did and "may" have even been a part of it, until it went bad.

I mean, seriously, where is Ms. Katherine's statement to clarify this situation? A TWEET from Jackie and Taj does not cut it in my opinion.
