I don't think those pants do anything for his legs at all. :lol: Between the legnth of the jacket cutting them off at the top and the ankle boots cutting them off at the bottom, I can't enjoy the legs. The Legs Almighty factor is missing. :weeping:

But I totally get what you mean about him just throwing whatever on to run errands or whatever. :yes: We all do it. I'm sure we'd all have a drawer full of fashion citations for the crap we leave the house wearing. :crackingup: Thank goodness there's no papz around. :fear:

I get picked on for wearing what i wear normally. if those who pick on me saw that they would go "wtf :mello:" :lol: and no wonder!

but i do like crazy combinations, and yes, a common 50 year old man wouldnt look cool in these...but hey its MJ! He can do it and still look cool or at least look like hes got attitude....if my dad wore that it would look like hes got ISSUES :lmao:
 
To me no matter what he is wearing. If Michael likes those clothes and feel good in them, what's wrong?

Michael should not worry about the opinions of others, if so, he and any person in the world lives by getting worrying about what others will say about what you wear... The important thing is be happy and I want to see Michael happy! :)​
 
Love the jacket! maybe that combination doesn't quite work but I love seeing these new photos of Michael, plus I can't see anyone else his age pulling these type of clothes off any better. Can't help but get excited over what could be worn during the concerts! Love you Michael!!!!!!

Well I think men sometimes just need a little "advice" about what goes well together and what looks good. I will never forget one jacket my dad had bought and was proudly showing me and my mom when he got home. My mom and I were literally CRYING with laughter, and my dad was like "Come on...it's not THAT bad!!! It's a COOL jacket!!". And I was barely able to speak because I was laughing so hard and I was like "Dad....believe me...it IS that bad!!! It is REALLY bad!!!! It is so bad that I am not gonna admit I know you if you wear that outside the house!!!" :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :hysterical: :hysterical: We were laughing so hard and making jokes about the jacket that finally my dad realized himself the jacket wasn't such a great buy, so he took the jacket back the next day. THANK GOD! :lol: :lol: :lol: My dad usually always asked me for my opinion on his outfit before he went to a party or if he had bought a new shirt or a tie. Or if he wasn't sure which tie he should wear with which shirt (he was a business man, so he was wearing suits daily) he'd ask me. My dad always dressed well when he went somewhere, but at home he didn't care what he was wearing. Didn't bother me one bit either because home is for relaxing and all about being comfortable....and dad mowing the lawn in a suit would have looked funny. :bugeyed :lol:
 
Any more negative comments about those trousers and ill get involved as i own a pair and wear them regulary and love them :p x

You guys who laughingly brought up the comparison of Michael's lastest wear to Rock stars of the 80's and Steven Tyler are brillant!!!!!!! In reading through a few post and relooking over the pics I must say I agree and I remember back in the day how all major Rock stars from the 80's wore those type of pants with the boots( pants almost always inside of boots during their videos). I should know, I religously watched MTV during that era.
No star on the planet was Bigger than Michael Jackson in the 80's and here lately his clothes are very reminiscent of that time. Could it be that by wearing this look, he is trying to recreate the mood of that era for the upcoming London concert dates? Just a thought...

Ah yes, Michael being Michael, gotta love him. Could be he just grabbed whatever was handy and threw it on; you know, a Balmain here and an Ed Hardy there, on the chair, on the bed.:D Or this could be Michael the showman just doing something that he knows will get people talking. Maybe the kids said go for it dad.

It did at first look like he had buttoned the jacket wrong, but then in seeing the jacket on the female model on the runway, it looked as if it is intentionally cut/made to be off kilter.

The motherly instinct in me did make me want to whip out the nail clippers, but if he's happy, healthy, and busy with other things, can't fault him on that. It did make me think of guitar players, their strumming fingers almost always have longer nails.

Great diversional pics, something to break up the day and make you smile.:)
 
I agree that it's Mike's own life. He should not worry nor care what others think of what he wears. I can only say that i personally find that the normal jeans and jackets suit him much better. The stuff he's been wearing when he was out with the kids...the latest pictures of that, that was good and suited him.

I like the jacket but not diggin the pants. dont care what he wears tho. GOD Bless him for how patient and kind he is he has to deal with a lot. I really admire him for this. I dont get how he does it!

The clothes he's wearing are unisex and it's no different than females wearing what would be considered by some as men's clothing. He's unique and I love that he wears whatever the hell he wants. It keeps people talking, the copycats copying and people still act a fool when he's around, even grown men become teenage girls LOL.:lol:

I think it's more "unisex" clothing. The jackets are from a designer's women's collection, yeah...but so what? They are beautiful jackets and let's not forget WHO was wearing those kinds of jackets FIRST and was the INSPIRATION for them!! :) MJ wore those type of jackets BEFORE they appeared in Balmain's women's collection. :yes: One could just as well ask "why are the female models wearing military type men's jackets"? They are just JACKETS, that both genders can wear. It's not like MJ is all of the sudden wearing skirts? :doh::smilerolleyes: Besides, wasn't the famous Billie Jean jacket originally Katherine's jacket? :scratch: Don't see no one having a problem with that? :scratch: And how many times do females wear men's shirts and pants and stuff? Doesn't mean a thing. :no: Every single girl in my high school used to wear men's 501 Levi's because the fit was much cooler than the ones they had for women.

I'm not crazy about the Balmain jackets because I don't really like the shoulders...They are beautiful jackets and if they had normal shoulders they would look awesome, but the pointy shoulder pads are a bit "too much". But that's just my opinion.
