One of the first things I noticed was the accents of the fans at MJ's car.
One even said "Switzerland is here, Michael."
Then after MJ is inside the book store, there are some non-American
shoppers/fans there too. Even the signs posted on the book shelves
read in another language like, 'TeNeues'.
My question is, Is this really in Santa Monica?
Not that the non-American things cant exsist in Santa Monica.

yes...i am a Los Angeles resident, and that is in L.A. he is on Santa Monica Blvd. in that footage. L.A is like a smaller version of the entire world. people from all over the world live here in droves, as well as visit. the fan saying 'Switzerland is here' is referring to Switzerland citizens being in Los Angeles to see Michael

Bookstore owner - "Hmmm, I don't know maybe its the fedora, white socks, sparkly glove hanging out your jacket pocket and the three dozen or so paparazzi pressed up against my shopfront window".

MJ - "Shoot!!! Knew I should have left them at home".

I know that didn't happen but it nice to have a wild imagination lol.

Thanks for the footage and pics you guys (although it seems like michael doesn't want to be photographed). I really hope that someone from the docs office isn't tipping the paps off. That would be really messed up. :no: I've always wondered how ppl knew his where abouts and showed up at he office with their cameras ready to snap snap pics of him. I do think the get-up is so we can't see what he looks like. More speculation IMO. So smart move on his part.

Now as for those of you who can't bear see michael this way. I honestly think you should just stop being a fan. I mean I don't really care for the pjs and mask either but I've learned to accept it and I do believe he has good reasoning for wearing the mask. Here the thing.....

Its no sense in complaining over michael's choice of clothing when you can't control it. I mean just think about what you have on right now and imagine us telling you oh that's weird (and what your're wearin very well maybe weird) or whatever "take it off!" How would you like that? You wouldn't! However michael can't hear your complaints so it's really pointless to KEEP GOING ON and ON and ON and ONNNNNNNN about it, to the rest of US. WE can't make michael put on something else. Like the saying goes "If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen"! Just stop being a fan. If michael changes and or releases some bangin music for you to rub in the ppl around you who critizes michael, then you can just come back and be a fan again. Or not even a fan, just a lover of his music. But whatever goes down...we (us, mjjc fans) can't do anything about it. I get tire of hearing the same complaints over and over again. "Oh too skinny this, surgical mask that!" It like the the forum is scripted. I can tell who gonna say what Before I ready the thread. ENOUGH ALREADY!-_-

thanks for posting the pics and video... it works like a charm.. when he is covered up.. people are not up in his face......notice that when he is not covered up.. people "bum-rush" him and he can't shop like he wants...

some of you need to stop being embarrased.. he is not your relative ...and made no promise to dress how "you" want him to dress in public or other wise...

and don't worry.. the media won't break him... when he is ready to make that comeback.... the media will be just as excited as the fans...and buying up all the tickets...LOL

Michael...you look great.. in great form.. just as quick on your feet as always...love, yah.

yes..all media keeps comparing up and coming artists' music to MJ, whether straightforward or in a hodgepodge way..even if it sounds nothing like Michael. the media is feenin for his return just like the rest of the world.(naysayers included, looking over their shoulders on the lookout, no matter what they say)

I opened this thread. As soon as I saw 1 picture, I could see Michael did NOT want to be photographed so I skipped the rest. If I remember correctly DailyMail is a tabloid...? Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't like tabloid pics.

All the pictures we ever get - or nearly all of them - are tabloid pics.

Instead of being angry about the media hunting him, which I understand why you are, just enjoy the pictures like the rest of us. It wont change anything anyway, so why not just be happy and enjoy the pictures.

I'm always glad to see MJ out and about!

I understand, and that is very respectful. But also please know that looking at the pictures here is not the same as putting money in paparazzi's pockets, in that you haven't purchased a tabloid paper or magazine or subscribed to a site that promotes them.

What is disturbing is that it's obvious that Michael does not want to be photographed at certain times, such as visiting a doctor's office or going shopping. He is a source of income to the paparazzi, and my hunch is that is why he covers his face. . . .to make the photos of less value to anyone? Not that it will make much diffence. Seems as though they will always hound him.
