porshe interviewed murray at the hos murray said i gave him a sedative. porshe asked murray to sign the death certificate? didnt catch that
 
Regardless of the fact that Murray was negligent (imo), is there a possibility of a mistrial because the house was not sealed, anybody in the family or others with them could have planted or otherwise caused reasonable doubt in this case?
 
Chernoff brought up Grace Rawanda. Objection! Sustained!
 
investigation lasted 8 months. did u interview grace? objections objections substained. (why does the judge even allow her name to come up. sorry sometimes the court is a joke they let lawyers get away with gamesmanship all the time) asks about when graces name was brought up. he doesnt know.

first started taking notes on june 25th at the hos. in that note graces name is written down

This is what I mean by the Jacksons and their hypocrisy. Everything is always someone's else fault in the Jackson's world, even when they're the ones who asked for it.

u wouldnt have a mistrial its just upto the jury to decide whether its relevent..in the scheme of things its not logical cause u have all the documentation showing murray bought this stuff. the medics etc who saw it. etc. its not like murray denied everything
 
now mentions klien. objection substained. did you question any other drs? yes.

talking about the car. murray handed the keys over said go search it etc. the good dr was been helpful!

Not to mention most of the evidences is in Michael's body and several witnesses back up each stories. Even if the defense say the entire staff for some reason wanted to setup Murray, that wouldn't explain the MTs and Fleak statements. Which is why the defense is trying to make Fleak look liked she planed evident for some reason.
 
Homicide been only been established late August 2009. That's when the investigation switched gears

from the previous documents that the defense filed - it seems like Grace said that MJ was under the influence of drugs going back to 2007. she basically called him an addict.

now brings thome up. objection subtained. patrick muhammed? he was security. scott didnt interview him doesnt know if anyone else did. issac muhammed was interviewed derick cleveland?. yes by scott and he took notes

had meetings with dr rogers, fleek at the coroners office became homicide late august around the 27th. ed winters at the coroners office was investigating other drs? objection substained. scott was aware of a discussion about a police officer telling winters to stop looking at other drs (investigating). implying they dropped investigations to just go after murray
 
The coroner "released" the house at the request of the family (no ish). The family then obviously rummaged through the house (hence Latoya and peeps finding rancid marijuana). Since Grace's name is bring brought up...she allegedly claimed the family (specifically Mrs. Jackson) called her (possibly from the house) asking where the cash MJ kept stashed there was located as they couldn't find it. So...yeah. -_-

no she isnt she isnt allowed as ruled by the judge

walgren back on. clarifiying the dont look at other drs comment. he was taking about arnie klien. klien was already been investigated by the DEA looking at others drs was the DEA job and the police just looked at the homicide side of the case.
 
The family can't be that tacky to go to the house to get the money would they? I can understand going to the house to get the kids belongings etc. but that just awful.
 
Detective had no medical training so when Murray said was going to adminster 'Milk' he asked Hot Milk or Cold Milk.

That's almost funny. Didn't CSI Toya claimed that when they got their the house was ransack and stuff was stolen. She then go all over the LAPD for this and that.

Really, what the hell is wrong with that family?

I really wish Klein was done for something as I think he's a major player in getting Michael hooked on these drugs.
 
scott has no medical knowledge at all no training didnt know milk was diprivan for eg

the blue bag contained one IV bag and the diprivan bottle. bottle of loraz was found in the outer wrappings of the saline bag (what the iv bag comes in when u buy it)


he observed the iv bag and the diprivan bottle when it was layed out. he didnt see fleek bring it out of the bag

emtpy loraz etc were found in the bathroom he saw them as rubbish not relevent. but he put them on the counter and took pictures

were there attempts to interview amir alberto etc b4 august.? yes they did. didnt happen earlier cause of sheduling issues. police were available witnesses werent and then wintesses were available and the police werent

you should read his medical notes. klien maybe an arsehole but dont pass the buck onto him from murray cause u dont like him.
