I bought 2 tix in pre-sale, 2 in general sale and now 1 today.
I also think you should be able to buy 2 more.

But then again....who knows really?! not even the tm people know themselves for sure :/
 
Rather than going through this thread, how has everyone done with this, anyone got A, B or C tickets? I got offered a back row seat (420 on opening night) which was tempting but i will keep with my A2 and only go to the one concert as that will be the best position ever to see the concert but it is 3rd Sept :(

Floor seats are all sold out now for the first date, but just choose Lower tier as an option ;)

There still are some floor seats available for later dates.
You can try and check some later dates with the option: floor seats only.

True! Even they don't know the rules for the tix. The guy on the phone really tried to help me yesterday, and "confirmed" it, but you could just hear that he wasn't sure either!

Ok I understand, that's why I didn't buy it either. However, I did buy block 112 row E seats 377 for August 3. I looked at some pictures of the O2 Arena and I think this should be a good view (seats 377 is the right part of block 112).
 
I AM honestly amazed by how generous the member here........i am stunned... i got great tickets because of ALec and Katzr........you are so generous guys...you truly represent the giving spirit of an mj fan...i am so proud to be an mj fan and so proud to be a member here........i am endleslly thankful to ALec and Katzr........endlessly grateful
 
I called TM as well, yesterday evening, because I didn't understand who was eligible and who wasn't.

I explained that I bought 2 tix in presale, and 2 tix in general sale.

They confirmed to me that I could buy another 2 tix today, and that the 4 max only counts for the general sale.

which is the total opposite of what the press releases said. t.m are clueless.its ridiculous i could buy another 3 as i only bought one in the general sale but frankly its not worth the risk as i have an opening night ticket bought through TM and the fact i gave my code away.considering the who mess this has been from start to finish it better be the last time mj does shows over here lol or at least he takes control of his concerts instead of letting everyone get shafted

I know! I even mentioned the press release on the phone yesterday.
It's arranged very, very badly. That's all I can say about it.
It's already sad that it is very difficult to understand who is eligible and who isn't, but knowing that even the TM customer service has doubts...

Yeah this seat is in the right part of block 112 so you will have a nice view! ;)

lol they're still sending out codes? Hmmm I wonder if my friends got it...but they're not at home at the moment :/
 
how r people getting codes? i registered at mj.com and not getting anything, did u use different emails etc?

I'm afraid nobody knows for sure, but I think there's only a very small chance that they are going to start a general sale again. They would need to admit it didn't go completely as they told us.
 
If it helps anyone, I've sat in 112, Road U, seat 379 (so right on the edge) and the view was good, if a little high, and the speakers got in the way of action towards the rear of the stage. The lower the row in the side blocks the better the view (although I assume the lower rows are for the VIP Tickets)
Anything to the right of me (so seat 383 upwards) was practically side-view to the stage, not sure how they sell them without being called side-view. Any tickets over 400 and you are close to a rear view of the stage imho.
 
aaaaaaahhhhh......

Just to clear something up.... is it a problem if the cardholder name doesn't mach the account's name.... If I buy tickets with my credit card on friend's name and adress is that a problem?
