Monday: Exclusive "This Is It" clip to air on Ellen DeGeneres

I just saw it I loved the clip. But I've had enough of previews and clips bring on the movie!
 
ok in two hours it's officially Tuesday here in Greece and no clip is up on michaeljackson.com or thisisit-movie.com
 
okey.. the one in here who stated that TWYMMF was not sung live on this is it is very wrong , it was totally live. just wanna clear that up. TDRCAU is NOT LIVE.

This doesn't clear that up; you're wrong about this I'm afraid. It's been dealt with in detail on another thread, but the clip of TWYMMF that was officially released is all pre-recorded vocals taken from the original Bad master that have been edited in the cutting room.

What? Are you saying its sung live or its not? You said the person who said it wasnt live was wrong. But then said it WAS NOT live?

It wasnt live btw.

LOL I wrote wrong on the board :D I meant it was LIVE because you heard Mike missed some lines when he sung the way u make me feel which is proof its live ..
 
I wish we could stop winging about whether Michael was singing live or not. He's dead, does it really matter anymore?

You're right on one point : TWYMMF has been rehearsed partially live at least once, refering to some extracts posted by french fans who followed MJ and recorded his rehearsal, late in june. But nothing to see with the official video as said above.

@Steph : because he's dead I prefer to hear his "living" voice more than ever.

I just don't think it's fair that people are looking for Michael to prove himself and his talent through rehearsal footage. The haters know Michael can sing. They've heard the Human Nature clip. He can sing.
 
Look at the rehearsals video of the way u make me feel again when he sings "You knock me off my feet now" When that line goes in the orginal song " You knock me off my feet now baby". Proof its live. :)

Sometimes it's impossible to distinguish fans from haters on this forum... He could sing 95% live and still certain individuals here would take it upon themselves to complain about the other 5%. It sickens me.

I hope u not refering to me ? cuz I just said I think he sings TWYMMF live. Actually im just happy they are doing this movie.

:flowers: No. I was referring to members who try and turn any and every thread about the film into a fight over Michael lipsyncing. We, as fans, should ALL be happy that we get to see at least this regardless of what is or is not live--that is completely irrelevant to me. We also know from Kenny Ortega and other crew members that Michael was specifically instructed to save his voice during rehearsals, and still he sang live much more than they expected.
 
just rejoice in fact we have THIS ..I mean mj could have been a person who never documented rehersals etc..We should be thankfull

It is like someone asking for chips and they are cooked differently..THEY ARE STILL CHIPS! Be thankfull you have food on your plate, some people don't

Mehh, I still dont think it was live. I think it was edited in the studio to sound live.
 
What about going back to the topic, now ? Live/not live question annoys some members, and it's not the subject here. :)
