Right, some fans are meeting Becca, Stacey and Sophie at the Slug and Lettuce as early as 11am (or as close to it as possible!) We then all head to the exhibition for around 12-12:30pm. We've heard that us entering the exhibition may have to be staggered so not all of us will be allowed in at the same time, but we can go in in groups and meet up once in there :)

After the exhibition, I reckon it would be good to go for drinks and mingle, get to know each other - so have an 'official MJJC meet' then, before the fan day event starts at 3/4pm.

To answer your questions, yes, you only need an exhibition ticket to enter the exhibition - a full fan day ticket is not necessary. However, for those who do have fan day tickets, doors open for the fan day event (Navi's show) at the IndigO2 at 3pm, and Navi is officially supposed to begin performing at 4pm. The event finishes at 7pm, and then the IndigO2 will be set up for the afterparty.

Thanks for clearing that up, Hannah! That means it's not such a huge problem for those without fanday tickets, they're not missing out bigtime I think. They can just join us all for the exhibition and then we can indeed do an official meet up after that! :clapping:
Hope we have enough time for that then, and where will it take place - that Slug & Lettuce? What exactly is that, some sort of cafe so we can hang out there a while? Is it close to the Exhibition or the Indigo, or is that all in the same place?

Thrillerchild/Stephen texted me about doing something nice as a little tribute from us all when we meet up - so we could do that in that time of the meet up as well.

Oh and I also think many of us don't have afterparty tickets, thought there was someone who said we could create an afterparty ourselves? Might be cool too.

You're welcome :) Yeah i don't think those without fan day tickets are really missing out on much to be honest. I mean, those with fan day tickets get 20% off merchandise in the shop - we can buy merch for those who don't, and they can pay us back. Not a problem. Holographic tix would be nice, but not essential. And as we are representing MJJC, we are meeting each other beforehand and during our time in the exhibition anyway - the Navi show isn't a big deal, really.

The Slug and Lettuce is a restaurant within the O2 complex. The website is http://www.slugandlettuce.co.uk/o2/ if you want to check that out :) And yes, it's in the same place as the exhibition etc.

I don't have an afterparty ticket - I'm sure there'll be plenty of us who are the same position though, so we can all hang out in the evening, maybe go for something to eat and drink, light some candles assuming the weather isn't too freezing and windy and have our own little party! :cheers:

Hey guys I hope all is well with everyone. Basically as Hannah said Becca, Stacey and I will be at the o2 at 10am. The Slug doesn't open until 11 but we'll probably be in Starbucks or the MJ shop. If anyone arrives between 10-11 give one of us a call and we can tell you where we are. At 11 we shall be in the Slug and that is where everyone will meet. Ideally we need all the MJJCers at the Slug and Lettuce by 12.30, hopefully going to the exhibition at 1. For those who do not have Fan Day tickets please come along and come to the exhibition/MJJC meet up. Then after we have done the exhibition and shop, we can go back to the Slug for drinks and do a toast to Michael.

I am also bringing a large card that I would love everyone to sign with a little message for Michael. I will then pass it on to Lisa Burks of MJFSC who will kindly take it to Forest Lawn for us.

So so so excited for this! I can't wait to meet everyone!!!!!

That Slug & Lettuce seems nice - great it's at the same place. That way we won't get lost and out of touch with eachother on that day. And maybe we can arrange to come together again at a specific place (Slug & Lettuce again?) after that Navi show, so we can go and have our own afterparty indeed!

And very true, it's only the Navi show they might miss out on but well...if that's bull than I'm out soon as well, hahah. Hope this makes all of those without fanday tickets feel a little better, and that everyone is still coming! Lookin' forward to meet y'all! :clapping:

1pm is the time that everyone is aiming for but let Becca confirm the time when she logs on later, this is her thing!

The only thing people without fanday tickets are missing out on is Navi's show. Please don't let this put anyone off, its a great opportunity to meet up with our fellow MJJC members and see the exhibition together.

it just makes me sad that many on here couldnt get tickets 10 days before the event. Over the last 10 years fan events have got smaller and smaller, and now the first fan event since Michael left us is sold out! I just hope its not 10% genuine fans and 90 % general public. Im kinda thinking about getting a tshirt made which says "I was a fan before June 25"

Hopefully it isnt due to copyright on any of the images, might be as it couldbe too late to order a shirt if you want it to arrive before 23rd?

Gaz I have just checked my account and my order has been sent out and money taken from my account. Lots of people got their's sent yesterday so the situation is the same.

Oh, I'm gonna buy a regular ticket then. I'm glad they're still available. I love to meet you guys and think we'll be in the slug in the morning. That sounds really nice and the alternative afterparty to!!!

Hmm, yeah I got a shipping confirmation so I'm thinking mine has been made and dispatched too. It does say it could take 5-7 days to arrive though so it might be too risky to order now in time for the 23rd anyway?

Have any of you logged into the spreadshirt site and checked your order details? Go to 'My order' and it should show the order date, number, price and status (the important bit!) Mine says sent and paid with a dark green dot next to it, and in the key it says 'the order is completed', yet if it has a light green dot that means 'the order was processed and sent'.

I got a confirmation email saying that the t-shirt had been sent though - really confused! :(
