Michael's children to give new interview on German show

In light of the issues that surrounded Michae's life it would behoove whoever is arranging for these interviews and public appearances to do a damned Google or YouTube search! It aint that hard.

It is bad enough that the children had a sit down with Oprah Winfrey, who I am sure still holds the same views of Michael. But to now expose them to this hypocrite who will not say to their faces what she has said behind their backs - UNFORGIVABLE!

And we have the fiasco of a tribute tomorrow to look forward to.

The Jackson family have clearly demonstrated over the past two years that they do not truly appreciate the enormity of Michael's legacy and are ill-equipped to deal with it!

They do full appreciate Michael's legacy. It got Toya a new car, restarted Jermaine's career, and opened a new business with staring Michael's kids. They're greatly appreciate everything that Michael's death has brought them.
 
It seems for the most part most of the Jacksons know who Michael's detractors were based on who reached high fame levels by their comments or should I say the media attention that their comments got. It is also about how the public views the detractors; they weren't, for example, going to say to Oprah why she thinks she deserves to interview Michael's children because they want to be perceived as being a part of the "it" crowd because they had Oprah in their house; they were probably hoping for a strong friendship to develop out of it all with her because of her entertainment "status." Sad to say . . . it is how things are looking.

referring to their fame, no, they are not what one would call "normal".
they just reported that PPB were able to enjoy time without being recognized and stalked by people. judt like other normals kids.

And I truly believe Michael was well aware of this, hence his omission of practically all of them from his WILL! he knew his Estate would be going nowhere with them at the helm.

This is not worth to translate in full because she is questioning the paternity from Prince and Paris again and is calling Michael's parenting methods about the veils bizzare.

Yeah I asked if someone could translate it for me on a different MJ forum and they did. If she believed that PPB aren't Michael's biological children, she should have kept that to her damn self.
 
Translation:
First of all, I really don't like Frauke Ludowig one bit, she's the cheapest sort of society reporter.

She was happy to see that they are really normal kids. Especially Prince and Paris are regular teenagers.

Prince invited her to have breakfast („Wanna have a cup of coffee?“). The boy is very open, easy going and social.

Paris was late because she had to put her make up on. She's a beautiful girl.

The little one is very quiet and sweet. The only one whose looks and demeanour truly remind her of Michael. Prince and Paris don't resemble Michael and she wouldn't be able to tell if he was their biological father.

She wouldn't say Blanket was shy because the kids were all very comfortable among their cousins and friends.

The kids were very relaxed and seemed to have a close relationship with their cousins and even their bodyguards.

They liked doing this for TV because Frauke Ludowig met their father years ago and they knew that. However the kids asked the team to turn the cameras off at some point, which they did. She enjoyed the day with the kids.

Ludowig said she always found it strange and bizzare how Michael veiled the kids. She felt the kids decided conciously to present themselves in this way and kind of enjoyed being recognized.

The kids didn't seem to be especially affected by the fact that they were at a rollercoaster that was named after their father. She stresses however that this is only her impression and she cannot really say if they were thinking about their Dad at this moment, they just didn't show it.

As much as I dislike her, that's not really what she said. Maybe my translation is a bit unfortunate, but she was asked if it affected them especially that it was their fathers rollercoaster. And she answered that they didn't show any special emotions but stressed that doesn't mean the emotions weren't there. She said that they tried not to push the kids on that subject but given that they showed them a video of him opening the rollercoaster, I would say thats not entirely true. I think she said on an different occasion that the kids seemed to be delighted to see their Dad in that video.

I can't believe I'm defending Frauke Ludowig of all people, but she really did not say the kids didn't love or miss their Dad!

But she did question the paternity of P&P which pissed me off too, especially because she threw it in so randomly. I don't understand some peoples obsession over that subject, but then again I don't want to understand it.

It's safe to say she wouldn't dare. As I said to me she's one of the most despicable society reporters in Germany. Used to spend a considerable amount of time in her little celebrity gossip show to throw out snarky comments about their father when he was alive and now she's sucking up to the kids.

I don't think it's entirely wrong for the kids (at least P&P) to do things like that, but the TV reporters they are talking to should be chosen a bit more selectively.


@kharpz: I probably should mention that she said this in a chat they did on their website. The didn't throw out any of those comments in the clip they actually showed on TV. I doubt too many people will have seen this chat. Doesn't change the fact that i despise this woman for her hypocritical personality.

^^Well based on her comments, the kids should not have been interviewed by her. Someone needs to set these people straight about their constant discussion of the kids paternity. I think this will only stop when one of the kids inform them that they will not condone anymore of these remarks and begin to distance themselves from these types of reporters.

After all no other star's children, whether biological or adopted are subjected to these public remarks and these kids should not have to.

It seems to me that when I was 13 I had a clear mind of what was ethical for me to do and acted on it, so I am hoping that these teens begin ask questions about the people they have to give interviews to, and tell their guardian that based on the person's comments about them and their father, they will not consent to an interview.

This is getting worse now because the people not only talk negative about the father but about the children as well. This needs to stop.

It's so sad that this woman was around of PPB. :( Michael would be so angry about it. It's amazing how the family did not know about these people who denigrate Michael in the past and today, still do :unsure: or they (family) pretend not to know and ignore. :(
 
By the way, RTL is the very same channel who pulled the "is Michael Jackson alive" video that hoaxers looooooooooved so very much, until it came out that a TV station staged that.
I'm sure the kids weren't aware that the same channel (I think even played on the same freakin' program!) that interviewed them, has no hesitation to ridicule their loss and their pain by staging this hoax cr*ppola.
That I find much more cringe worthy than Ludowig's unasked opinions.


Decent TV (3Sat, Arte) would have no reason to interview 13 year olds. But I'm sure the connections setting this up have a RTL/Bertelsmann AG with deep, deep roots. No illusions here.
 
I'm waiting for the day when one of these "reporters" really interviews Katherine Jackson. It would be very interesting to hear her defend her parenting skills while listening to the tape of her son played in court last week, explain why she continues to treat her middle aged children like juveniles and defend how such a righteous woman seems to preoccupied with money and materialism. My questions are a bit harsh but my point is that she is treated with kid gloves yet she continues to place these children in situations where they have to defend their upbringing and who they are. Its absurd and when will it end?

^^You know I was wondering something along those lines too, whether after hearing Michael still talk about his lost childhood even at age 50, she would be moved to change her patterns of exploiting his children. I guess we can only wait and see.

He called her family greedy uncaring users on that tape , so you still think she would 'understand' him? she is most likely furious and angry with him and if she is asked to comment she would say: " he was on drugs , he was in denial" .

If you ask them there was nothing wrong with the treatement she and Joe provided to MJ nor with how the family treated MJ for 50 years. Dieter did not steal from MJ, it was MJ who was not paying Dieter his money . Randy did not conspire against MJ, it was the ungrateful MJ who did not sell his catalouge and allow his brother to profit . Schaffel did not wiretape MJ's phone nor he accused him of paying off boys' families in South America , it was MJ who misunderstood his good intentions. The problem was MJ always , he was the problem look at them now getting along with everyone, with the same reporters who ridiculed Mike, come on be realistic it was his fault, he did not know how to stay close to Walterz like Jermaine does!!! have not u all noticed all those reporters MJ hated r friendly? , respectful toward the family? see the problem was the weird MJ !!!

So what if they said those kids r not his? !! I mean it's his fault Paris has blue eyes , right!!! According to Oxman Katherine ruled out Blanket being a biological Jackson long time ago , who cares if Blanket resembles MJ more than any of Katheirne's children? !!

Totally agree with u Soundmind. And about Brian Oxman I remember him saying that on TV. Oh how wrong the fool was but, nothing new there! So sad that this family still pretends an imgae that was distroyed yrs ago and now they hang with a bunch of MJ haters and traders. What a lovely tribute to the brother/son who lost his childhood and life! :no:

So let me see: Michael's parenting was "bizarre" but it's not bizarre at all to pimp out 9-13 yo. kids to the media and it's also not bizarre from the media to want to make interviews with them just because they are the kids of somebody?

It reminded me of what happened on the Joy Behar show this week. That horrible interview with MacKenzie Philips:

And I think that Michael Jackson`s children are probably going to have a much better shot being raised by someone like Katherine because she`s got the resources to bring in the right types of people. She has them in a real normal school, where they leave the house to go to school every day. They`re not wearing veils over their faces anymore. We know who they are.
