There will be more recent pics on the back of the cover, im certain. I am happy with the cover, and the name. Can't wait to hear breaking news!!! (Also would be awesome name for first single!!)

Does anyone know if I order the CD and DVD bundle, do I get the DVD sent first or do I receive it all at the same time?

well then they should have used that other part of the painting as the front cover and this part as the back cover.

I like this painting in general. It's a nice painting. And I even think Michael would have loved it as well and probably would have put it on a wall in his house lol but still I think these images from 25 years ago don't fit the album of recent music.

I really feel that by choosing this art as a cover they show that they are ashamed of Michael's appearance and I think it's insulting towards Michael.

I really like the concept of the cover, the use of bright, warm colors, and the overall complexity of the image. What I don't like, is the pictures itself. Allthough the cover most likely continues to the back of the booklet, it just seems wrong to use a 25 year old picture to market recently recorded material. I can understand the concept of picturing Mike's career throughout the booklet, but why not use the most recent pics on the front, and Thriller/OTW pics in the back?

Imagine a painting along the lines of the Ebony photoshoot; that would in my opinion have made a much better cover. Michael looked amazing throughout every phase of his life. Haters won't buy the album anyway, so why go to such efforts to appease them? This would have been a truely fantastic cover for an album full of Thriller/OTW outtakes. For the new album? Not so much.

But that's enough negativity for now. The cover aside, it is great to finally have the official announcement, I am REALLY exited to hear Breaking News and the album is being released THIS YEAR! :D

But what is insulting towards MJ is this Mistake of putting the "love symbol" from Prince on an MJ album...

Sony is IRRESPONSIBLE and Jackie Jackson Too...

On amazon you can zoom really good in the cover. The quality doesn't get worse.

So there you can see every little detail.

In the bobble under the M is a feodora. And glasses in another.

So nice cover.

lol i cant get over the fact that we have a set date for the album and you are all bitching about the cover... i dont care whats on the cover. We are getting New songs from Michael and all you people care about is a damn cover. Which btw is all mj i see nothing on there dealing with Prince nor do i want to waste my time looking for it.

and about the prince symbol: remember that there was a time when duet rumours were being discussed some years ago in the 2000s (no connection to bad era). does someone has a link back to those days?

what it there was some truth to those reports and something actually got recorded. if it was not finised back then it might have been completed now. if that is the case and that stuff made it's way to the album the symbol would make perfect sense...

With the new album on it's way you can pretty much expect the media to air a negetive documentary on MJ. Just because MJ has died i wouldn't put it passed them. They enjoy trying to knock him down. Keyword being try
