Tell him that he can take a break of 30 days without necessarily passing through all the difficult procedures to be banned. Last time I took a break of several days without being banned. It worked.

I think 30 days is a bit harsh, too, especially for just your tone. I would hope you'd have to have a pretty sour tone to get banned for 30 days and not just some light joking comment.

just curious, will be people who keep calling me whinner and complainer be banned as well? to me, their tones are judgemental.

^^ No, because even their reported posts are never addressed. If they are (which is rare) it always takes a few days. Maybe with the crackdown on the 'tone' in here, they'll finally be dealt with. Personally, I think that people are way too sensitive, but that's just me. I don't mind being called many things, but when it's baseless, that's when it gets me mad.

^^some are sensitive only to the new album and the related projects. the funny thing is i don't see the same level of sensitivity over michael's prior works. i mean people are generally okay with less-than-favorable comments on Off The Wall or Thriller or HIStory or Invincible. i've heard people complained about specific songs on Bad, the stage design of Michael's tours, etc....

but then, when we expressed our unfavorable opinions on Michael (the ablum) and the video of HT, we are complaining.

i mean some of the so-called "negative comments" are valid concerns.
