ok so I must of been in denial about this and my anger....when I seen those kids up there pimping this nasty energy drink my blood boiled...again. Especially when I seen poor little Blanket marched up there like a prize winning puppy while the paps took pics...and the lady was telling the paps to back up and give them some space..all I could hear was Michael saying..Leave my children alone. As we heard that guy say on that video..these kids are at prime ages for marketing and endorsing products. I for one minute don't think that LaToya is not going to capitalize on that. The man in the video said that Mr.Pink was a friend of Michaels....well let me say this...ANY FRIEND OF MICHAEL'S WOULD NOT BE EXPLOITING HIS UNDERAGE CHILDREN!!! And ANYONE that thinks that this is OK...needs to get their heads checked...because it is NOT ok...these kids don't need the money from "endorsing" ANYTHING...the one that needs the money is LaToya. Michael made sure his children would be well taken care of for their entire lives. I am not saying that they shouldn't work if they want to...later on ...not now..after all earning ones own money builds character. Yeah, I agree with you, and no you are not harsh, you just call it as it is. What fan of Michael's can even think that it is ok to use his kids promoting stuff.
It is a shame that most of the Jackson's have no merits to stand on their own and use their own image to sell stuff. They are low in celebrity status ladder, therefore have to use kids as enhancement.

As for LaToya saying Mr Pink was Michael's friend! LaToya was lying 93 in her own free will, and she still does, as long she gets something out of it.

I always gave LaToya the benefit of the doubt about what she said in '93 especially since Michael seemed to have forgiven her, but not anymore. I'm sick to my stomach over her. I don't think the kids should be attending tacky events like these but people around here are overreacting as usual. The general public doesn't care that much, they might come across an article about it and check out the pictures without giving it much thought. The only people getting worked up over this are MJ fans and MJ haters but I can hardly tell them apart when it comes to his family and his kids. Nobody will remember this in a week so I highly doubt this is going to damage PPB's careers in the long run.

As far as I can tell, most people actually like the children and Paris in particular. To my surprise, the most vile comments about them come from people who claim to be MJ fans. If anything, this is going to stick with people and could harm PPB's reputation. If even their father's fans don't like them, why should anyone else, right? So if you really care about the children and their futures, stop criticizing them incessantly for every little thing they do. You don't control them so you can't tell them what to wear, what music to listen to and which people to hang out with - and if they don't live up to your expectations, tell them their dad would be "soooo disappointed" in them. There is no need to bombard Paris with nasty things people have said about her deceased father, especially when Michael had worked so hard his entire life to protect her from it. What do you think would hurt Michael more: that his kids attend a launch party or that his kids get bullied by his own fans? And don't tell me it is "in their own best interest" to say they "look like shit" (as someone in this thread said) or that Paris is an attention whore or that Blanket is always sad and miserable.
