From the original complaint
- In 1989 Alejandra files a declaration of paternity for Genevieve.
- Randy says he never got the notice and never appeared to court and there have been a default judgement.
- In the default judgement Randy was ordered to pay $1,200 per month in child support. Randy also says he never got the default judgement notice.
- Randy's lawyer at that time was Brian Oxman.
- Randy says he learned about the lawsuit and the judgement in 2008 when Child Services tried to get money from his bank accounts.
- Randy accuses Alejandra of hiding the judgement for 18 years despite there have been multiple discussions of child support between her and Randy and Oxman.
- Randy alleges that Alejandra was receiving appropriate child support bu living in Hayvenhurst and her & Genevieve's expenses paid equaled to $50,000 to $130,000 a month.
- Randy says that on October 28, 1993 Randy and Alejandra entered into a written agreement that Randy would provide Genevieve and Randy Jr. housing, utilities, food in Hayvenhurst till the children turn 18 in exchange for all child support requirements.
- The agreement reads " Mr. Jackson has made arrangements with his brother Michael and his mother Katherine to have you and the children reside at the Hayvenhurst house or such other substitute house Katherine Jackson may reside or designate in the future."
- The complaint alleges that the average monthly costs for providing to Alejandra and Genevieve and Randy Jr was $30,000. It also says the average cost of maintaining Hayvenhurst changed from $50,000 to $130,000.
- What Alejandra and her children received in the house is listed as food, utilities, maids, cooks, security guards, phone, gardener, maintenance, cars and mortgage payments. This was $40,000 a month in 1993 and $66,000 a month in 2003.
- Randy alleges due to the above he provided support which equaled to more than $600,000 a year for more than 19 years and Alejandra and her kids lived like "kings and queens at Randy Jackson's expense".
- So in 2008 Child Services puts a levy on Randy's account for $453,000 and get $1,200 from an account of Randy. This is when Randy and Oxman realize what's going on.
- Oxman files a motion to quash but cannot find the 1993 agreement between Randy and Alejandra. He finally finds it at September 2009. They ask Alejandra to acknowledge the agreement and she does nothing until March 2011.
- The complaint says " Alejandra again waited, still living in the Hayvenhurst house, still collecting her share of $66,000 a month expenditure on the home and accepting its benefits"
Randy alleges that
- Alejandra didn't tell him about her complaint and the default judgement so that he wouldn't be able to make an appearance and defend his rights
- the judgement should be set aside as he wasn't properly served
- Alejandra got over $5,000 from his accounts and he wants it back also wants Alejandra to be ordered to pay $250,000 for damages and to punish her.
- Randy also wants Alejandra to pay for the costs of this lawsuit.
Note: Randy's current lawyer is Bret Lewis.
