Michael Jackson new single set to be released

Just about 1 month till we can hear it!!

It's so cool that its an live Cd!!
 
Wow, this sounds really cool! I would do anything to hear Michael singing a new song live! :O Amazing.
 
Uhmmm.. I think I am still a sceptic.. After all.. We are Michael Jackson fans.. It's hard to get our hopes up.

So we can expect the TTI single to be released 26th October at the latest? Unless they do a OMC and release the single AFTER the album (which I see as pointless, but there you go).

So if the OST is definately a live album, then will the single also be live? But then we know they have added orchestration to the single, which would indicate a studio version... maybe both versions on a 2-track single? Hopefully other live tracks (as opposed to remixes) not on the OST for the maxi single and 7/12'' releases? :-D
 
Exclusive: ***** Movie, Soundtrack Have New Song

Here’s something new I can tell you now exclusively: Michael Jackson’s “This is It” film will include a brand new song, which Michael wrote for the tour.

The song is called “This is It.” After Jackson died, it was finished by producer John McClain, who is also one of Michael’s executors.

The new song will be included in the film and on the two-CD soundtrack scheduled for release right after the movie has its two-week run. I told you months ago when the movie was being shopped that it would be accompanied by a soundtrack. As I pointed out, Jackson has never had a “live” album.

Even the Jackson family should be surprised by the new song, but they’ll hear it when they see the first draft of the movie, sources say, in the next week.

Of course, you can sell it for double the price of a single CD and only need to make 1 case, booklet etc. So more profit in the end.....

Anything for the $$$$$ @ Sony....

It might beat History album sales though and then Mike would have the 2 best selling double albums ever :D

-The This Is It soundtrack will be released on November 3rd or 10th. (A Tuesday). Sony believes it will be best to release the soundtrack right during/after the movie so fans will be eager to buy it after hearing Michael perform the song live. The philosophy is that this will make it sell more.

-This Is It soundtrack WILL be a live CD of Michael singing his songs live!

So whenever Roger Friedman writes something negative about MJ, we slam it as unreliable, tabloid and fictional?

But when he says something positive, we take it as gospel?

Am I right?
 
there will be a new single to go with the release of this is it.

But that will be it for 2 years.Then more to come.

^^ Yeah it so weird, there he was looking good. And now some weeks later he is dead. WTF? It still feels strange that he is gone.

I hope Blanket or Prince goes in MJ footsteps if they wants too. I hope they inherit some of mikes talent.

You know that I trust you but this sounds almost to good to be true. I mean that would be so awesome that´s so freaking awesome that I don´t get it into my head I cannot believe it.
