Looks photoshopped to me. His chest, abs and belly button didn't look like that.

I think it could also be a result of a botched attempt to remaster the photo, since there is a watermark present. But besides that, everything else looks genuine to me. But, I'm not totally sure, to be honest.

It still looks magnificent, for the most part. Especially the lighting upon his face.
