Michael in Ireland [ Merged ]

I seen most of it and it appeared to be fairly positive, they went out of their way to let people know Michael could never do what he was accused of which can only be a good thing but it would be unfair to comment on this and not be objective as i would if it was anti- Michael. For at start we all know Halpernin is a scumbag who only decided Michael was innocent when he realised there was so much support out there for him so he reckoned the pro-Michael market was the bigger market, in the docu he alway appears sitting behind his laptop in a dark room which i reckon kind of suits his persona. I have to admit too that it was full of talking heads, clinical pyscologists, lifstyle magazine writers, showbiz magazine editors, friends of the family, friends of familys friends and friends of the their friends, okay maybe it didn't go that far but most of the people talking only knew Michael from what they read in the papers so i can't just take their word when i know if they were negative about him i would argue that they don't even know him. Overall for the person who knows nothing about Michael outside of what is written in the tabliods it is great that they get to hear a postive Michael peice for once but for us the fans it is just more tabliod trash only difference is this time it's pro Michael.

Exactly! It was a fairly nice positive documentary for non-fans, but for fans it wasn't well enough informed.
I find it really hard to believe that all those people actually believed Ian's undercover personas.

:bugeyed I missed that bit. :bugeyed

Yeah it was a woman sitting to the left of the screen with blondy kinda hair...

I did hear that guy at the start say that he had realized from his "research" that he was wrong in thinking Michael was guilty and I'm really glad they highlighted that Michael had no control over the payout in 1993. And just to the people in the Doc saying Michael isn't the biological parent, Prince Michael was photographed in Hawaii with clear vitiligo marks under his right arm.

I saw those pics on the Daily Mail. How invasive to photograph them at the beach.

When Ian Halperin said "my research points to Prince and Paris's sperm donor being Arnold Klein and Blanket's being Omer Bhatti" I was like oh PLEASE. That bit was annoying because I know non-fans are easily led on that topic. I mean Omer doesn't even make sense because he was 15 at the time. *rolls eyes*

A group of fans met up in Dublin on the 25th to remark the 1st anniversary of Michaels passing here is a video of it

Great to see people coming out and celebrating Michael, sorry i couldn't be there.

Falcarragh in Donegal had a group of fans doing the thriller dance and thousand turned up to watch it. There was picture of it in the paper but i can't find it anywhere now if anybody can find a video of it post it up.

This has nothing to do with Michael but COME ON THE WEE COUNTY, in the leinster final for the first time in 50 years. Last sunday was the best day following Louth in my life. Roll on Sunday week.

 Awww! Wow that's brilliant. Go on Louth! I'd say Sunday was some day!
That's really cool about Falcarragh.

The balloon releasing was sweet. Thanks for posting Sharon.

Super day, following Louth a lot of years now and Sunday has to be the greatest day of them all, honestly tears in the eyes of many a man which is not a common thing in this country. The final whistle was one of those moments when you didn't want to look at your mate next to you for fear of a tear rolling down your face. It's been a long time coming but we kept the faith.

I'm lucky to have been at the All-Ireland football final of 2001 when Galway beat Meath. It was amazing. It'll be a while before we get there again I think haha.

Lol i dont know the first thing about Gaelic football..i mean i like watching it but i dont know who's in or out or what ever!

i actually think Armagh are out *hangs head in shame*

Galway are just about still in. We had a nail-biting finish to our Connacht SF match against Sligo and we managed to snatch a draw.

Armagh are still in the qualifiers i went to see them last week against Donegal in cross, they played some nice football, Galway are lucky to be still in it, had Meehan not done a World cup style dive at the end they would be gone. We'll see tomorrow if they can handle another 70 mins of Sligo.

Did anybody see the Irish top 30 albums this week, Michael is no 24 with the essentials and this is the Greatest gainer while Number ones is at 30.

I just looked it up when you said it! I capped Michael's entries from the irma website:

What a jump from 73 to 24 for The Essential.
I see Stevie took a big jump too after his (amazing) Glastonbury performance!
