Thanks for sharing this. Shortly after the Daily Mail had their article with the deceleration, Nancy Grace and Alan Duke had a special broadcast about Lisa. I listened to bits of it because I can't stand this woman and her trash. Their discussion was highly based on speculation and it wasn't really informative except some insights from Alan. Of course Nancy's main concern was Elvis' money. The discussion we had here was way better. :lol:
Anyway, at one point Nancy read parts of Lisa's deceleration which included things that the Daily Mail didn't post in their article. I wanted to post the part that was read out in the broadcast but I couldn't find the file and I was not going to promote Nancy Grace's stupidity. At the time someone here tried hard to claim Lisa was using the media to trash Lockwood (as he also claimed) because she didn't file her deceleration sealed, which is a ridiculous accusation on its own. Now you've found the exact part I wanted to find and it's for everyone to see. Lisa did not reveal anything but the important facts for her case. She clearly states she will not disclose anything out of respect for the privacy of her family. Plus, she states she will request that the children court case will be closed.
As for your question, Goddess4Real, there could be a few reasons why we don't have any updates from the children court. It's likely Lisa's request was granted or that it was a private hearing in the first place. This is a case that involves minors and there is no reason to let the media in.
This is my guess but judging by the way things were before the hearing, I assume that if things were good for Lockwood then the news would find their way to the media somehow, but it has been oddly quiet since 17 March. However, I don't think there was a change in the custody arrangement so we'll have to wait and see what happens.
