The reason that he might have chosen this woman, is that she may have been the only one that could connect to her and "hear" him? The question should be "why not"? lol
Anyway, I'm lucky to be a believer I think as it makes it really easier for me now. Believing is a hard task to do (considering I used to be an atheist long ago) so I don't want to think the state I would be in right now if I didn't believe. I thank my lucky stars right now for that.

I do believe in some of afterlife theories and I agree that some people may somehow connect with dead, but this video looks absolutely fake to me.

I think it's easy to assume that people will be naive, and gullible on subjects like this...particularly at such a hard time when people are trying to come to terms with his death. But I don't think anyone is just feeling desperate to the point that when any story like this comes up...they latch onto it and believe it as a means to make them feel better. There have already been many stories of people claiming to have connected with Michael since death...and this is not surprising. I do believe some of them are fakes, but that doesn't then mean that we should assume ALL stories about such a thing are fake. Your comment actually makes me think of the story "the boy who cried wolf". You see so many stories like this come up that just aren't true...so then when faced with the real thing, you automatically assume it's like the others. You don't see it for what it really is. I'm not saying this is what you are doing, I do respect you having your own feelings and opinions about things! It just made me think of that and I felt the need to express that everyone is simply being open minded. :)

Aw, I always wonder how people who don't believe in spiritualism, cope with matters of death. I would think that would be a tough idea to hold onto...that there is no "other side". Or maybe you do believe that, just that he can't communicate to us from it? In any case I do hope you find peace over his passing. x

It's sad to see that people always assume that a grieving person will be naive or gullible or emotionally blind to see if they get conned or not. People will usually associate grief and gullibility, as if they go together. It can happen of course. After I lost my dad, it took me 4 years looking for contact until I decided that the contact I had was indeed genuine. Also, for example, as you can see we don't go declaring and shouting that this is indeed Michael in the video, lol but that it it possible that he might be. :)

Unfortunately, it takes an experience to believe. Imagine 2 people where one of them has never experienced what a dream is while the other has. How does the dreamer convince the dreamless one what a dream is?

Oh, you know, I didn't mean to make it sound like it should be all about us, the fans. OF COURSE his family would come first, but then my questions/statement remains....there's so many things he could say or refer to that would indicate to his children or his family that it's him..that others know nothing about. With all the 'fake' people that have been around Michael for years, in my humble opinion it would be important to Michael to let his children know it's really him, that he is really okay.

Very very well said. Just because someone is grieving, does not make them gullible. It's like people assume "aw, they're so grief stricken that they will believe anything to make them feel better!". NOT TRUE.

Also, very much agreed on "experiencing is believing". Sadly not all of us get those personal experiences...so all you can do, is trust your own feelings... and most importantly - keep an OPEN MIND. It is actually good, that there are people here that are unsure, and taking time to wonder about this. That shows that they aren't just quick to shout NO, but they aren't just going to believe something that a lot of other people seem to believe.

I do believe it was Michael she talked with. When I realized it, it was like my whole body began to shake. I can't explain this, I just feel so sad. Michael seemed to be very upset. I wish he could finally rest.

Let me tell you WHY I believe in these spiritual things; My aunt died 5 years ago, and my mom couldn't find rest so she wanted to get in contact with my aunt. She contacted a psychic who helped her getting in contact with her, and she did, and it was really scary because all the things that this psychic said, she could never have known these things that was going on between my aunt and my mom, and yet she knew.

hey dutchie! :) If you read her page I think she explains why she didn't reveal this private info. She's holding on to it because it's private and only intended for his family/children. If she revealed that in the public it might not lead to a succesfull recognition by his family. Who knows... hope this helps... :)

Well and I'm sure the public won't get every message this woman receives from Michael. Just as when Michael was living, he kept his personal life...well, personal. Examples from Bonnie's website, listed in her updates:

07/08/09 8:50pm PT Received a private message for the distant family member.

07/09/09 8:00am PT The family member confirmed her personal message as being time spent with Michael Jackson in Gary Indiana before the Jackson 5 became famous.

07/10/09 2:44pm PT The family member watched the video recording and confirmed that she feels this is Michael Jackson.

Those videos made me so sad..so sad that I don't even want to believe it.
I believe in spiritual things, but the reason that I don't want to believe this is that he sounded so sad, he wasn't happy at all.
As much as I don't want to believe it, I do anyway - because of my own experiences.

It's not just a way of coping with his death for me, because using this as a way to cope with his death would just be against it's purposes. Hearing Michael feel things like this makes me even more miserable, so if I was searching for a way to get comfort, I would certantly find another way!

Aw, I'm sorry that this is making you more miserable. I think we should keep in mind though, the those first two videos were recorded like a week after his death. Very soon. And, I don't think he was really sad, but rather explaining that what is going on here with tabloids and stuff, is still a sad thing...and he is just concerned for his children. Bonnie has posted a new video since then as well, where she is reading transcripts from another channeling she did with him. To me, it seems like Michael is OK - he's just doing what he can to still sort some things out.

I am convinced. The words she uses, the phrases, ARE Michael. Rhythms in his head, he mentions animals. Then he talks about the music business saying "they want your soul".

.....I have not gone mad, I just believe it. lol.

Just a note about the animals: I remember someone on this board (Smooth Moonwalking Crimin' I think) made a thread about communicating with Michael too; before this lady's videos. I had PM'd him and he also mentioned Michael being in the company of "animals" and being distressed in the first days. So that matches with what she says here. I don't know if this person still posts here so he can confirm it too. It'd be really nice. :)

Hehe...to me it seems like a message about keeping an open mind. This whole thing will be unbelievable to many. We shouldn't just automatically discount it...we need to "open our ears" and think about the idea ("hear it") again. The more you listen, the more you feel it is him.

I also like that he mentioned he was touched by the loyalty of his fans who continue on with their fan clubs.

Yeah, sadly if this got to the main media - although it would be nice to reach many fans, it would surely be made into something negative - and become all about how "crazy" this woman is. That's just the way our society is. And the majority of people don't accept this kind of stuff...or, get jealous over this kind of stuff. Such is life. What really matters is that Michael gets through to his children...and that they are taken care of.
