Many People owe Akon Credit

Great to see some credit towards Akon. Now I'm not saying you have to like his own music, I'm talking more about his producing and that after many doubts over his ability to pull off it, he did it and I was surprised by the finished version.

I dislike his musical style, but to call him talentess is simply untrue. The guy definitely has talent. If his work isn't your cup of tea, that's one thing. I, for one, think HMH was a great song. Sure, Michael could have done fine on his own--but the collaboration was brilliant, in my humble opinion.

Having said that, I suggest you change the title of your thread, OP. "Many people owe" isn't the best way to phrase things.
