Not many. Most don't read the questions before they answer them :no: Some sound great and if they had taken time on their application they might have made it

awww riley, it must be hard writing a story in another language, im curious, are you able to understand everything in my stories? i use some not particularly often heard words.

I do not always understand everything :fear:
and using a dictionary is not one of my favorite things to do, LOL

But sometimes, when I read further through the story.. things will get explained.
And I don't need to understand every word, to understand the story.

It's no problem, really. I improved my English, since I've been reading English books a lot since, like, last year. I really like it.

Sometimes! Not many make it but then we are looking for the best. There are the ones I regret and then they send me a snotty email asking for feedback. I gently point out to them that they didn't answer 2 questions properly i.e. we asked for 3 examples they gave only 2 so they lost a lot of potential marks. If they really cared about the job they would have taken the time to re-read the answers and check them.

Don't get me started on spelling .....................................

My spelling is rubbish, I mean awful, but I always check it before sending in an application form
